this gas station is always nice to go to its a bit expensive but it's not horrible it's a nice little local store, and the new owners are nice

I got ice here and fueled up my car. It's the only gas station and store for miles and miles. Prices were a little high, which is to be expected when you're shopping at the only store for miles around. Ice was $3 for a 10 pound sack.As I walked to the back of the store, I saw the grocery selection went beyond the usual convenience store choices. Some items were even organic. I guess this place serves as THE place to get groceries in Ojo Caliente and the surrounding area.

We always stop here as a pitstop on our way to Santa Fe. Coming from Barcelona, I can say that it seems like it is in the middle of the South West, far away from everything. You certainly have the sensation of being lost in another world. But it is such a delight to find a large red chili powder section and local treasures like Our Virgen of Guadalupe rose scented candles and other locally made products like honey and piñon. Will go back again.

If I could rate a zero I would, back in 2020 I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and applied for unemployment and the managers at the store took me to court, so I have to pay them back the money. This store is worse place to work, that's why they can't keep their employees. They are such ungrateful people, they only care for themself.
