“I've been stuck on the side of Hwy 6 for 3 nights now..(12-23-22 Fri) unfortunately being the Christmas holiday most places were closed. Was told I'd have to wait till Wed to get my throttle cable I so desperately need..So I waited it out till Monday and called around for a universal cable... not only did Shawn look it up but he special ordered it and it arrived within hours!! Thank you so much Shawn for going above and beyond and helping me get back on the road!!”
“I brought my car in for a quote to repair some cosmetic damage. For a full repair, it was going to cost over 3k. I let them know it didn’t bother me enough to warrant the expense. They offered to do some buffing and touch up paint for only $100. Not only did they do fantastic work (you can barely detect any damage anymore), but they ended up doing it for free! This is the second time I have had service done here. I am happy to have such a reputable and skilled shop so close to home and will continue to come here whenever I need repairs!”
“Resistor went out in my old pickup. Went to 3 different stores nobody could figure out the part I needed. Came into this O'Reillys and Sammie killed it. Diagnosed the part needed to be converted, sold me the part and saved me from the brutal NM heat! Much appreciated Sammie, she will be the reason I make the trip across town to give my business too. “I rented a ball joint removal tool for my 2005 Dodge Dakota and it worked good on taking it out but not to good on installing the ball joint. You will have to cut a piece of pipe to go over the top of the ball joint to make it work. Heads up.”
