Jake's General Merchandise is a friendly and clean store with helpful staff. Customers enjoy the great fresh meat and appreciate the local shopping experience. While some items may be a bit overpriced, like soup and bread, many visitors find it to be a wonderful place to stop when in Reserve. For a small grocer, it's clean, has variety and well stocked. Even has a small butcher shop with fresh beef and pork.

Friendly and helpful people, great fresh meat. Some stuff is a bit over priced 4-6 for a cup of soup is a bit much bread is 5+ a loaf but other than that great and wonderful place.
