While some items may be a bit overpriced, like soup and bread, many visitors find it to be a wonderful place to stop when in Reserve. Overall, Jake's is a great little store that leaves customers satisfied.
I picked up some amazing sirloin steaks here and I could've bought a chainsaw right at the meat counter. The meat guy didn't say a single word to me. Top notch experience!

Typical small town grocery store with fresh meat and dairy. I picked up the best watermelon of the 2025 summer so far at this store.

For a small grocer, it's clean, has variety and well stocked. Even has a small butcher shop with fresh beef and pork.
