My mother and I placed my Grandmother at these new apartments after the previous place treated her like shit. The kind ladies Anne and Veronica are so hilarious, down to earth, and really care about their residents. I recommend Buena Vista to EVERYONE!”

“I really loved living here. Maintenance had good communication and was fast, plus the apartment was in really good condition. I appreciate the staff here a LOT, I had to move out due to a bad roommate situation and Connie has been so helpful and kind during that process. The only cons are their phone lines do not go through but they are super fast and responsive through email so it is okay, and the emergency line does go through fast. Parking was a bit of a challenge during certain times of the year but it corrected itself. If I could have stayed I absolutely would have. :)”

In 2023, I moved in under EMG Property Management. I never had functioning AC and stove (gas leak). Management would lock the office doors and never answer calls. In 2024, Mission Rock Management took over and nothing was done to improve the property. Managers always locked the doors and never returned phone calls.

In 2025, Kettler Management took over the property along with ALL the compounded problems of the previous useless management companies. Gabby is definitely a breath of fresh! She is friendly, very helpful, and intently listens to residents. She knows the property very well. The door is unlocked during business hours and residents are always welcome. Matthew and Joselin are friendly, helpful, and respectful to everyone. The new maintenance supervisor, Nick, and his crew are working diligently on the units and complex. This entire staff is a vast improvement over the previous management companies.

In reading the comments from 2025, I can't believe all the negative, and untruthful ones written when more has been done under Gabby's management than previous years. She has inherited a HUGE mess to correct/fix within a budget like any other business. Rome wasn't built in a day! I live in a great building with great neighbors. Unfortunately, there are some residents who do not like when policies are enforced. These are the people who like to retaliate by writing fictitious, and rude comments against management. Personally, I wholeheartedly believe Gabby and her team are our only hope in turning this community around for the better.”
