I visited a friend who got fed me a wonderful meal before smoking me out and giving me head. What a wonderful place this is. “This apartment complex is so gross. And I’m updating this review. Even with the new company the manager does nothing. She sends out letters for entry to do repairs and they never get done so she just does it to act like she is going something. Also, she had sent out a letter about pest control and still has done nothing. She knows there is a roach problem and she sits in it because she doesn’t live here. There are Roaches everywhere and maintenance seems to only come in and out of one building everyday if that. They just stand around talking and on their phones. I have put in requests since I moved in and still to this day have not had one thing repaired. The neighbors kids run around screaming cops always being called here and no Trash compactor on the other side of the property where people have to put trash on their cars. The management and staff lie to your face about the roach problem. This place is infested and they should not be saying it is not. Pest control does not come like they say every Wednesday so roaches are treated once them no more. I’m disgusted living here. Roaches with eggs sacks just walking around my apartment. Management should know that if there is nowhere for people to put their trash they will leave it outside the door attracting more roaches because the trash bags are leaking garbage juice. And management does nothing. The owners should know I knew this place before and it was never like this. Going to report this to the city of Rio Rancho until something is done. Plus that karma review is fake as they are saying right off the bat that they are not fabricating in any way and are trying too hard to act like they are telling the truth, plus how does this person know the entire history of this apartment complex? Blaming all other management companies except Kettler? These people are really dumb because years ago this place was not infersted and disgusting as I lived here years ago and I have pictures to prove it. If this person with such an elite background lived here they must love living in a loud, dirty, roach infested apartment/community! Fake don’t believe it!”
