“The amount of dog hairs that they had to contend with in the truck portion of my RV was insane. Too bad I don’t have a before and after photo. They did an amazing job. It smells like a new truck. I will clean the truck regularly to not let it get so out of hand. After I left the shop, they even called to tell me that I left my fire extinguisher at the shop and dropped it off where I was at down the street. Super honest and professional people. “WOW! Just WOW! We took our dingy, 1978 Westfalia bus to Haute Details and he performed miracles. It was exceptional how he revitalized our vintage bus inside and out. It had been in outside storage for two decades and was, frankly disgusting. When we picked it up, it shined inside and out. Thank you! I recently was in an accident where my car was quite damaged in the front. Art handled contacting the other person involved in the accident, as I had not gotten their insurance information, and handled it with professionalism. Within 30 minutes, I had a plan to get a rental car and the other person's insurance covering the costs of the repairs, as my car was undrivable. Art kept us up-to-date on the status of my car throughout the repair process and a few weeks later, my car looks BRAND NEW! “They did a great job cleaning the car inside and out. It was a bit expensive. There was 10% chance of rain, I felt pretty safe spending a little more money to get the car washed. We got all 10% of the Albuquerque rain over our part of the city. The car was again dirty on the outside. In the old days the car wash places offered a "Rain Check" that would at least rinse off the car if it rained.”

“Well, I screwed up bad today. I went to Mister Carwash to get my regular service and I forgot that I left a can of white paint in the back seat of my truck. The guy working showed me how it spilled on my seat, floor, side of my truck, and the floor of their work area (my biggest concern). The team immediately started apologizing and coming up with ways to make this right. Only problem was that it was 100% my fault! These guys were all working very hard to clean the mess that I caused and going the extra mile to try and remove paint before it dried. The manager was super cool about everything and reassured me it was okay. I still feel bad that my carelessness left its mark. I’ll do right by this team and treat them to something special for going above and beyond. Thank you guys for the incredible service and for allowing me to keep my membership after all my chaos! Lol”
