After Donny having my vehicle for a week, he diagnosed what was wrong and realized that the other service center I had been using seriously messed up my vehicle. To the point that I needed my engine rebuilt.Donny and his mechanics are awesome and he is the only shop that will touch my Jeep from here on out! “Someone smashed my windshield while I was shopping one day at Walmart. Great customer service and a speedy repair. It took about 45mins but I had to wait for the adhesive to set. I was originally quoted $304 when I call in but a mistake was made. They forgot to add the molding on the total price. After explaining the situation they gave me a $30 discount even though the molding was $60+. But the price was fair and they met me halfway. Im very happy with the repair, the service, and the price.”

The blinds look gorgeous with our pueblo style home and match the other wood beams, door, and woodwork in our Rio Rancho home. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue I was experiencing. Thankfully it wasn't a safety issue so I took the car back a week later and Joey made sure to ride along with me to really figure out what the problem was. I left it with them and a few hours later they had found the problem and fixed it! It's clear that the customer matters to these guys and they aren't just out to charge you for all kinds of extras. Not one bad thing to say about this shop or the guys that work there. We will definitely be back in the future for any car care needs that come up!!”

“I have to give a shout out to this wonderful business and it's fantastic employees. I called and they gave me a time when I could come in. I got there and the front desk gal (I am horrible with names), was so darn personable and just genuine you couldn't help but feel welcomed. They let me know what was needing to be addressed on my car and I let them know I needed time to think it over. I explained that I needed to weigh the value of my car vs getting another one. They were not pushy at all and understood that need for time to think. They didn't even charge me for the time they took to diagnose the issues. I called back and decided to go forward w/the work. They got me in a few days later and WOWZA! I booked a rental for 3 days and they were done in 1. Talk about friendly and speedy. Lastly, when I picked up my car, they were just so darn friendly and I could honestly just hang out w/these guys and gals for awhile. I would highly recommend this business as they were not just friendly but they were genuine and not looking to take you for a bunch of things you don't need. Heck, they even noticed that my headlights were beyond dingy and assist c clearing those up as well. I am new in town and really rely on reviews so here's mine to add to the list of already earned previous reviews that helped me to decide to give this place my business.
