After checking several shops, Maaco was one of the few willing to do a full-body repaint. The team here is family-run, professional, and truly know their craft. My Son’s gave me his old 2008 Honda Civic. It was thrashed. So I brought it to be detailed and it was run down and filthy. I didn’t even think it was possible to get this car this clean. I didn’t expect a miracle just needed a little bit of help for me to drive in comfortably. I just kept saying over and over my mind is blow. I can’t believe it. I’ve never posted a comment before, and I’m 65 years old. The work they did, the excellent care professionalism , and customer service was outstanding. “According to some of the other reviews, the pricing was a little bit of a shock when by compared to others in our area. I’ve had My work truck detailed before for much less but they really did a pitiful job. I was hoping that the price matched the integrity and I was not disappointed. I’m a general contractor, and the cleaning of the truck has always been one of the lower priorities to me and to be honest it really did get away from me and was absolutely filthy. When I picked it up after the exterior shined like it was in the showroom . My truck hasn’t looked like this in years. This man has quite the eye for detail. This is one of those moments where you do get what you paid for.”

“Had a great experience at Royal Car Wash! The self-service bays were clean and free of clutter or mud, making it easy to get in and out. I really appreciate that they accept debit, and the pricing is reasonable for the amount of time you get—just enough for a quick spray, soap, and rinse. I was planning to use the vacuum, but unfortunately, it didn’t accept debit, so I skipped it. Overall, a solid car wash experience, and I’ll definitely be back”

“A HUNDRED STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE My new car windshield had some unnamed substance clouding the glass. I tried everything to remove it and made the situation worse. I went to Mr. Car Wash and explained the problem - told the intake person I was scared to drive at night with the fogged glass and had tried all I could to clean it. She LISTENED to my issue and related my problem to the manager on duty. My windshield became a priority in the car was process. The young manager came to me and assured me a resolution to the problem. WILLINGNESS TO LISTEN AND HARD WORK = SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I commend the workers and managers for taking away my fears and solving the problem. I would give them a hundred stars if possible and I recommend the San Mateo location to everyone.”
