“WOW! Just WOW! We took our dingy, 1978 Westfalia bus to Haute Details and he performed miracles. It was exceptional how he revitalized our vintage bus inside and out. It had been in outside storage for two decades and was, frankly disgusting. When we picked it up, it shined inside and out. Thank you! “On a cross country trip (MN to CA), I had the misfortune of hitting a deer (the deer was even less fortunate). Over $18,000 damage to my Mini and I had to leave it in Albuquerque.Mini parts can me a challenge. The accident happened at the end of Nov. The last of the parts came early Feb. Carlos kept in contact. Always picked up the phone and always replied to texts.When I flew back to get the car, he picked me up at my motel. Now that's service.When I got to the car, it looked like new, and ran great. No issues. I had a 1400 mile trip back to CA, and Carlos texted me while I was on the trip to see how everything was. He didn't have to do that. I've never had a body shop follow up like that.I will definitely come to Carlos every time I smash my car near Albuquerque.”

I recently was in an accident where my car was quite damaged in the front. Art handled contacting the other person involved in the accident, as I had not gotten their insurance information, and handled it with professionalism. Within 30 minutes, I had a plan to get a rental car and the other person's insurance covering the costs of the repairs, as my car was undrivable. Art kept us up-to-date on the status of my car throughout the repair process and a few weeks later, my car looks BRAND NEW! “Well, I screwed up bad today. I went to Mister Carwash to get my regular service and I forgot that I left a can of white paint in the back seat of my truck. The guy working showed me how it spilled on my seat, floor, side of my truck, and the floor of their work area (my biggest concern). The team immediately started apologizing and coming up with ways to make this right. Only problem was that it was 100% my fault! These guys were all working very hard to clean the mess that I caused and going the extra mile to try and remove paint before it dried. The manager was super cool about everything and reassured me it was okay. I still feel bad that my carelessness left its mark. I’ll do right by this team and treat them to something special for going above and beyond. Thank you guys for the incredible service and for allowing me to keep my membership after all my chaos! Lol”
