We used to have a service writer named Trent. He was fantastic! Taking my car in was less procedural and more like trusting it with family friends. Although the service isnt the same now, they have still treated me well. Just need more communication from the new service writers.”
“So my check engine light went on and I called David at Dwain's Auto spoke to him at length and he suggested I bring the car in. 2 days later when David called me he thoroughly went over all the options of what my choices were to get done. David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . I got my car back very quickly I'm very happy with the approach that Dwain's Auto takes with delivering precise mechanical work and no extras! I would highly recommend using them next time you're Auto has a problem.”
“The repair was done in the time and cost presented to me. The work appears to have been well done. My only Ding is that the plastic cover parts in my passenger side wheel well weren't reattached and I discovered it in a turn with a nasty noise from there which lead to a visit to autozone to get the plastic push in parts to attach them to the body frame again and away from my wheel. That's why a 4 instead of a 5.”
