“This is actually Juli but I just have to say how impressed I was with the manager at Enterprise Downtown Albuquerque. There were 6 people in line ahead of me when I went to pick up my rental and she was the only worker. She had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and never got frustrated with any of the customers. She took her time with everyone and explained the process fully while maintaining her professional attitude!

“Do you know how many times, I had to drive up and down Montgomery Blvd. Trying to find this location.... Many, many times. The registration printout from the website DOES NOT LIST THE ADDRESS but just the old, old name of the strip mall.

“First time renting a vehicle had an emergency situation while I was driving for Uber and Mr. Andrew put my worries at ease. He also told me that I was eligible for other things due to my hard work from Uber and it seems like I’m gonna be in business with you guys for quite some time learned a lot, and was a very good guy. I appreciate everything he did for me he and Edallie hope I spelt that right. We’re very tentative and they left me with a clean car to rent.”

“The car we rented was clean and well maintained. The staff at the Rio Rancho location was amazing but I have to give an extra thanks to the branch manager John. He went well beyond his job to accommodate us! We turned in our car a half hour past closing on a Sat which would have lead to charges for an additional 2 days because they are closed on Sun. Staff was gone, doors were locked up for the weekend but he accepted the car to save us the additional charge. As his right, he did not have to do that but I am so unbelievably grateful. Good always come to those who help others. I hope nothing but good karma to Him. I believe this is his true character because when we picked up the car another customer walked in with a plant to thank him for going above and beyond for him. We seldom see this anymore which is why I felt the need to write this review. I would definitely rent and recommend renting from this location again! Keep up the good work and never change the integrity that make you who you are?! Thank you so much!!”
