“I love coming to this Big Lots. They are comparable in price to other stores and sometimes cheaper! The employees are very kind and they have very cute decor. I bought a lot here for my apartment and it was worth it over Home Goods where you spend 24$ on a small vase ya know. The store is quite dirty but its not awful. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was wonderful, like I mentioned before the check out employees were all so amazing however there was this one associate - I needed to ask for assistance and when I walked up to her she happened to stop, and started talking to a new employee- the lead or manager just ignored me for a moment as she asked the new associate about stocking her cart-and she didn’t seem very nice to the new employee-she then stopped and asked what she could help me with-I told her and’s carried on my way-The fitting rooms looked like a bomb went off.
I also needed to use the bathroom so I asked the self checkout employee if she could watch my cart and the sweet checkout girl actually waited with my cart until I came back-while I was in the bathroom-it was so gross-SO GROSS- it didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day - soap dispensers had no soap- the handicap toilet overflowed so there was nasty water all over the floor leading into the stall next to handicap-it was so bad that someone rolled the toilet paper down where it was hitting the floor causing the toilet paper to absorb the water from the overflowed toilet on the floor and it made its way all the way up the roll so there was soaking wet TP hanging-which made its way to the rest of the roll. Aside from that-the checkout team members were awesome”

There’s also a really tall employee with awesome tattoos that’s really handsome so all in all this store is a win!”

“It's OK. Clean and not very busy. Wish they had more of a grocery store selection, not a supercenter "lite" selection, but then you would have grocery store prices. So whatever, it's a store. You go in, get what you need, pay, and go.

“Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood Walmart. I went to their customer service desk to do a return and this is what I saw (see the photo). I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely can tell when my pants come down bc I can feel the cool air. So I'm wondering...was he leaving his butt out on purpose? Was he enjoying the fact that unassuming, innocent people were being forced to look at his bare ass? He also stayed in this exact position for a very long time...much longer than the amount of time it took me to fish my phone outta my purse and snap a quick pic. What was even more strange is I told the employee that was helping me about it just by pointing, and she just said "yeah, he always does that." SMDH”
