“I just had an awesome experience at this particular Cricket location! The service was professional, courteous and most importantly it was completely stress free. Vianey was the employee that assisted me and that girl deserves a raise! This woman took her time with each customer, being focused and truly listening to the needs of the customer she was addressing. While she was doing this, she simultaneously assisted 4 other customers easing more happy customers out the door. It was so smooth, now that is amazing customer service skills.
