“**** UPDATE ******Erv stayed on top of this, did alot of research and found a solution. Erv never fave up! He came through and fought the battle without me even knowing! Drew's install of the Loc22 and listening to me on my music preferences, We are there! ( need a little more tuning for country, lol) but the Audi finally sounds good! Thank you Erv for never giving up on me, even when I made it difficult at times.Erv and the crew are great. However, apparently they don't have knowledge on Audi's. Over 2 grand later, just for a 12 in memphis sub and amp and multiple times in the shop for failed speakers, amps, converters and occasional no sound output from sub.....told it is the " crazy " signal my Audi puts out but they " will figure it out " they did their best to figure it out, but a failed promised call from Erv 3 weeks ago, really showed me what's up. Great people ( besides the snub) great work. Just don't take your Audi ( or similar, vehicle ) to them. You will just waste your money and end up having to do it yourself, or go somewhere with more knowledge of these specific vehicles. I wish them luck. But for me and my experience, the time, money wasted and promises of figuring it out, I'm done with them.”

“I’ve been using Metro by T-Mobile for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid budget-friendly phone service. The monthly plans are affordable and easy to understand, with taxes and fees included, which makes budgeting simple. I also like that unlimited data is available without paying the high prices of bigger carriers.
Coverage has been pretty reliable in most areas, especially in cities, and call quality is generally clear. Speeds can slow down during busy times, but for everyday use like social media, streaming, and browsing, it works fine.
One thing I really appreciate is the workers at the store. They’ve been friendly, patient, and helpful when answering questions or setting up phones, which makes the experience much better.
For the price, Metro by T-Mobile offers good value and is a good choice if you want affordable service.”
“Stereo installer helped me out after the other Best Buy installer at the other place in Albuquerque forgot to install an antenna for my satellite radio to be able to pick up a signal. Was very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal except that I live 3 1/2 hours away so it required 2 trips to get my stereo installed.”

Of course, the very long all beef Costco hot dog is a great value. $1.50. The Costco hot dog is also pretty good. As is the pizza (slices are LARGE), chicken sandwich, Cesar salad with chicken, and soft serve ice cream.
The self serve mustard and relish station can get a bit messy, which is more on the patrons than Costco, though Costco does periodically clean up the area.”

“Home Security Systems (HSS), Inc. in Albuquerque NM has provided maintenance and monitoring for my home for the past 22 months. My 20+ yr. old system finally died earlier this month. HSS installed a totally new state of the art system, customized to our needs. We absolutely love it. It was priced right, easy to use with lots of flexibility and growth. I elected to stay with HSS because they provide local 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance. When you call them, you talk to a real person right here in Albuquerque NM. The technicians are also local and highly experienced. I have found everyone in HSS to be Professionals in every respect.”

“I went in to upgrade my phone. They were very busy but I was greeted immediately. Allan helped me with the upgrade. I did have to order it as they did not have the one I wanted in stock.
After I received the phone, I tried to transfer my apps, etc to the new device unsuccessfully. I went back to the store and I'm glad Allan was there to help me. He was so patient and helpful. He got my device setup, and explained features I wasn't familiar with.
Overall, a very good experience, ask for Allan!”
“My opinion: CRICKET is the cell provider for me. I've been with T Mobile (lots of problems: equipment & service) went elsewhere. I've been MetroPCS (hidden items such as refusing to allow GTL network to connect to Metro's stopped me from being able communicate with loved ones & from being able to do my job working with the homeless in Texas) this company caused my wife to cry - moved 3 phones to CRICKET.”

“I was shopping at DD'S Discounts. The merchandise was extremely limited and the quality of the clothing was poor. I decided to check out Melrose, a store I had not been in for a year. This is a clean, well-organized store. The manager, Tracy, was friendly and welcoming. I found a cute top at an affordable price; the quality of the item was obvious, and bought an accessory for a friend's birthday. Tracy was helpful and personable. We had a nice conversation during checkout. This store is geared to a young crowd. However, if you look, you can find items for fashionable older gals. I am glad I came in.”

They even helped me to activate the phones that I purchased at Walmart for Cricket wireless.Cricket wireless is on the AT&t network. Living east of Albuquerque in the East Valley ... Cricket's coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies don't even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!”
“Maria and the team at this location was amazing. They were assisting a few customer a few customers that was not very pleasant. Her manager handled one them very professional. After Maria was done with that customer. Maria walked up and greeted me with a smile and gave me excellent service despite everything she had went through.”

“Update: 5-29-24: They just proved me correct (again) in my opinion of their outstanding service. Handled a minor service issue with speed and a friendly attitude. Love this place! My original post: Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. They match prices--so you always know you're getting the best price. But they have always surpassed the big box stores when it comes to service. I highly recommend this company.”
