“This might be my favorite new find. As a tinkerer, I've spent hundreds of dollars online or at hardware stores looking for things that were right in my backyard! Testing equipment, tools, capacitors and resistors, switches, cables, and more! This store is a relic, but in the best way; one that provides access and service that's almost lost to the modern age of disposability and short attention spans. I hope to be a regular here, and so should you! P.s. please adjust your hours for some weekend availability, I had to take off of work to drop by!”
“My husband bought to army duffel bags from here and its working amazingly. They also have uniforms, military bags and so many things if you look hard enough plus both their cats are very cute and friendly.”

Just even had the conversation I had with the gentleman was awesome. Definitely will go back They explained everything thoroughly help set up. The phone stayed late to even set up the phone.”
“I’ve been using Metro by T-Mobile for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid budget-friendly phone service. The monthly plans are affordable and easy to understand, with taxes and fees included, which makes budgeting simple. I also like that unlimited data is available without paying the high prices of bigger carriers.
Coverage has been pretty reliable in most areas, especially in cities, and call quality is generally clear. Speeds can slow down during busy times, but for everyday use like social media, streaming, and browsing, it works fine.
One thing I really appreciate is the workers at the store. They’ve been friendly, patient, and helpful when answering questions or setting up phones, which makes the experience much better.
For the price, Metro by T-Mobile offers good value and is a good choice if you want affordable service.”
“Stereo installer helped me out after the other Best Buy installer at the other place in Albuquerque forgot to install an antenna for my satellite radio to be able to pick up a signal. Was very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't have been as big of a deal except that I live 3 1/2 hours away so it required 2 trips to get my stereo installed.”

“I can't say enough for Scott and the team at Listen Up. I was in the market for a new set to replace my Klipsch Forte VIs. Scott and I chatted for a bit on what I wanted that was different from the Klipsch. I wanted a speaker that was fuller, more architecture in appearance, and of course an outstanding sound speaker. Scott suggested the Sonus faber Olympica Nova III. One listen and my jaw dropped! 😳 We then listen to the same track on the Klipsch. Within two notes I knew, the SFs are the way to go.
Delivery was easy. The speakers arrived a week later right on time.
I grew up in Denver and Listen Up was the place to go. As a teenager I was slack jawed at the gear. Far forward 40 years and I'm slack jawed that the gear.

Of course, the very long all beef Costco hot dog is a great value. $1.50. The Costco hot dog is also pretty good. As is the pizza (slices are LARGE), chicken sandwich, Cesar salad with chicken, and soft serve ice cream.
The self serve mustard and relish station can get a bit messy, which is more on the patrons than Costco, though Costco does periodically clean up the area.”
“Home Security Systems (HSS), Inc. in Albuquerque NM has provided maintenance and monitoring for my home for the past 22 months. My 20+ yr. old system finally died earlier this month. HSS installed a totally new state of the art system, customized to our needs. We absolutely love it. It was priced right, easy to use with lots of flexibility and growth. I elected to stay with HSS because they provide local 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance. When you call them, you talk to a real person right here in Albuquerque NM. The technicians are also local and highly experienced. I have found everyone in HSS to be Professionals in every respect.”

“My opinion: CRICKET is the cell provider for me. I've been with T Mobile (lots of problems: equipment & service) went elsewhere. I've been MetroPCS (hidden items such as refusing to allow GTL network to connect to Metro's stopped me from being able communicate with loved ones & from being able to do my job working with the homeless in Texas) this company caused my wife to cry - moved 3 phones to CRICKET.”

Whether you are getting a warranty plan for any sort of appliance or device you buy from Best Buy, or if you have an electronic issue with a computer, laptop, phone, etc. Every issue I've taken to them, they have been spot on and have knocked it out of the park, making me feel at ease and helping me resolve all issues. “My experience was ok. I think their customer service was decent but not amazing. Nice folks but definitely a little rough on the edges. Not a 5 star experience but a good 4.
Don’t get me wrong, they were nice and upfront about what they could and couldn’t do and I get that people try to work the everyday.
I guess what hung me up was that it seemed to me that some of their used tools cost more than a new comparable model. I sure hope they can work with people on price if they find it for less at a Lowe’s or Home Depot….
I think I might give this place another shot in the future as I think they’re professional and doing the best they can.”

Much more convenient than going into the store and waiting for employees to unlock products on every aisle, and it prevents me from buying items I don't need. “What a great experience! Sales rep was so helpful and knowledgeable about appliances. We needed a new washer/dryer AND refrigerator.
