“Our 1.5 year old LG dishwasher which was past the 1 year main warranty period started making a loud squealing noise and we were told by LG that we needed to have a local authorized LG repair service evaluate and determine if it was the 10 year warrantied wash motor that was causing the problem. LG gave us 3 local service providers to pick from, and we picked Crown TV and Appliance after checking reviews. Jonathan from Crown came and quickly verified it was indeed the motor, ordered a new motor, came back in a couple days and completed the installation. Although it did cost us a couple hundred bucks for the 2 visits and install, we saved about $300 on the cost of the new motor due to the extra warranty on that part. Crown, and Jonathan, were great to work with, efficient, reliable, and professional. We can recommend them without hesitation.”
“Went there, to fix problems with a new sims card, ended up paying 25$ , was my phone, my sims card, the my phone refuse to activate, not fear all they do was punch couple of codes, not more the 2 min, my monthly payment it's 35 $??☢️ I'm staying in a local motel, after the city condemned our apartment building,with a new job,I ask before I went, if I was gonna be charged, and a lady sender the phone, she said no, I arrived and she's in the back " having lunch" at 9:45 am?? and a guy, really cool,he did it in less the 3 min.... “I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.”

“Jake is a gem, plain and simple. When my computer USB Port started heating up and causing my hard drives to malfunction, I was recommended by a friend to stop by Jake's and tell him my story. He had me do a crude diagram of my desk layout. He was very engaged and enthusiastic and quickly got me hooked up with a StarTech 8 port Hub and some cables that would work best for my specific set-up. Though it wasn't cheap, it was not exorbitant either, and worth every penny. My experience almost felt in an odd way like the difference between buying a bespoke suit vs grabbing something off the rack at Men's Wearhouse. Jake is the bespoke suit of cables, and if it can't be bought he will custom make it in his shop very quickly. So grateful we have him here in Albuquerque! His set-up has more than paid for itself in happy hard drives with no overheating, and you can just walk over to Flying Star if you need to wait for a custom cable. A+++!!!!!”

Cricket's coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies don't even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!”
