Metro by T-Mobile provides amazing and fantastic customer service. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making processes easy. They are honest sales reps who are there to help with issues like phone replacement, bill questions, and data or setting problems. The service is exceptional, earning thanks and appreciation from customers. Many state they will definitely be returning to this location for all their phone needs, feeling very welcome.
Came into the store this morning with my sister to replace my phone and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and all around fantastic and made the process very easy. 5 star service.
