“Can't say enough good things about this place! Our MacBook Pro wouldn't charge because the charging port was loose. Took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad (we are members) and they quoted about $1000 and suggested we trade it in and purchase a new one! We were scheduled to do that the next day, when we remember Cloud9 and we went over there. These guys are fantastic - friendly, helpful, and fixed our computer for under $150 - it was ready to pick up before closing. WOW is all I can say. Five starts isn't enought!!”
