“These folks are AWESOME! I have a small account there, but I’m treated like I’m a major corporation! I needed a match paint made up from 2017 and they had issues with the mix and it came out incorrect. No issues because these folks bent over backwards to get it right! Stephanie and Seth were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure my color was corrected, then made sure all the data in the computer was corrected so it’s perfect the next time as well. I love their customer service above all else! And let me tell you, there is no better paint then Sherwin-Williams! I have matched paint 5 years later with virtually no difference in appearance. Their paint is the best on the market, hands down! Go there and be blessed!”
“From 1 star to 5 stars. After a frustrating experience (see original review below), the manager, Kelsey, personally reached out to me. She informed me they do offer stain matching and she had gotten all the employees on the same page. I went back in and they were able to take care of it for me, making a great match so I can finish my project. Very glad to have that taken care of and very impressed with Kelsey's customer service. Dunn-Edwards has definitely won me back as a customer!

Really frustrated that the employees don't seem to know what services they offer. I called a while ago and asked if they could mix a custom oil based wood stain to match an existing piece. They said they could but didn't have the right stain base in at the moment, and to call and check again later. I called yesterday and they said they had it in now, only to go in and have the employees tell me that they don't offer stain matching (other than swatching some). I ended up buying some but will probably have to return it as it's just a bad match. Very disappointed to have wasted this much time due to their bad information, I had higher expections for employees to know what they offer.”

“Please give Desirae a raise! I walked in not confident as to what color to pick for my room. I had a general idea and selected several color swatches. Desirae went above and beyond, showed me a picture of what each color would look like in a room with a dark gray carpet (color of my carpet). I narrowed it down to 2 colors and she helped me find the perfect balance between the 2! I am so happy with the color and how it came out in my room!Desiare, you provided phenomenal customer service. “The staff are always willing to answer my questions about products or how to complete special tasks. The store is clean, the paint is great quality, color selection is great and the lighting in the store makes the colors more true for selection for my interior projects. I have called at the last minute and have never been put off or told they were too busy. Staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous explaining techniques and even providing typed written instructions on request. I feel very comfortable making my purchases at Sherwin-Williams.”

“I had contact with several Sherwin Williams stores in Albuquerque--one on Academy and one in Rio Rancho. The Academy guy was not real welcoming. I decided to go into the Rio Rancho store to get them to match the color I needed and I could not have been more pleased with these guys or the results I got !!! Chuck and Samual were SO very personable and friendly. And Chuck did an excellent job of matching the paint chip I brought in. In these times, it is rare to encounter such great sales help with people who know what they are doing. TEN stars to this crew in Rio Rancho. Thank you!”
