“Wow! Ill start by saying I had a receiving appointment for Monday morning and was able to unload on Saturday morning. While waiting to get unloaded, I was gifted a delicious New Mexican burrito and a slice of cake. By far the best place I’ve unloaded in my 7 years as a truck driver.”

“Please give Desirae a raise! I walked in not confident as to what color to pick for my room. I had a general idea and selected several color swatches. Desirae went above and beyond, showed me a picture of what each color would look like in a room with a dark gray carpet (color of my carpet). I narrowed it down to 2 colors and she helped me find the perfect balance between the 2! I am so happy with the color and how it came out in my room!Desiare, you provided phenomenal customer service. “Really appreciated the young lady who waited on us and sold us some things we needed for our home. She knew more than any of the men it seemed (for instance never come in between two women with saved up money in their pocketbooks and stains, paints and wallpapers they need for their house remodeling projects) and she treated us with respect as customers. The men stood around as if we weren't there for anything serious. I found this amusing since we are remodeling our entire downstairs of our home. That measures out to be a little more than 1000 square feet. We are remodeling the upstairs too but not this year as fall is fast approaching and we are running out of time. Anyway, the young lady signed us up so we have an account number for discounts and sent us to another Sherwin Williams that has wallpaper but first she mixed up some custom stain for us and helped me pick out the correct brushes and everything. So shout out to the young lady at the counter here, because of you we will be repeat customers.”

“The staff are always willing to answer my questions about products or how to complete special tasks. The store is clean, the paint is great quality, color selection is great and the lighting in the store makes the colors more true for selection for my interior projects. I have called at the last minute and have never been put off or told they were too busy. Staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous explaining techniques and even providing typed written instructions on request. I feel very comfortable making my purchases at Sherwin-Williams.”

“I had contact with several Sherwin Williams stores in Albuquerque--one on Academy and one in Rio Rancho. The Academy guy was not real welcoming. I decided to go into the Rio Rancho store to get them to match the color I needed and I could not have been more pleased with these guys or the results I got !!! Chuck and Samual were SO very personable and friendly. And Chuck did an excellent job of matching the paint chip I brought in. In these times, it is rare to encounter such great sales help with people who know what they are doing. TEN stars to this crew in Rio Rancho. Thank you!”
