The workers around the store and at the registers are always friendly and helpful EXCEPT for one time when I paid cash and the young lady at the register refused to give me ALL of my change back. I asked several times and she didn't care and said its no big deal. So we walked out.”

This is hands down the best pet store I've been to . 100 stars if it was possible. very knowledgeable staff , very nice ,clean environment. Thank you all for your help today and in the past . This store has heart cause I felt the care . The employees treat your dog as one of their own . They will show care and concern as well as recommend things to help your fur baby. Y'all made me cry, everyone was so welcoming.”
