“10/10 selection and customer service. Their selection has prices for everyone and the staff is very helpful and not bothered that you’re there. This will be my place to buy from going forward. The place was busy and still had staff checking in and ready to grab frags and live stock upon request. The prices on some items are KILLER while others are average but you don’t have to spend $50+ to ship it if you buy online like I have in the past.”

“Arie and her staff are complete and utter professionals. They are total naturals when it comes to dealing with dogs and their training. We purchased the puppy training package; the pricing was incredibly fair and the services provided were all wonderful. The puppy training classes themselves were perfect for what we needed. Arie’s instruction is firm and direct but incredibly gentle and patient, she never makes you feel dumb or like you’re doing anything wrong. Her and her team are an endless fountain of dog knowledge.
Overall, if anyone was seeking dog training in the Albuquerque area I would absolutely and totally recommend Arie’s Dogland.”

“Great pet store! It's clean and organized. Everything was easy to find. They have a wide variety of treats, toys, and pet supplies. The self wash dog bath was clean and easy for my dog to get in and out. Their shampoo and conditioner for the dog wash, smelled amazing! My dogs coat was fluffy and soft afterwards. The staff are professional and treat you pet with kindness while getting their nails trimmed. Best full service pet store in NE ABQ!”

Acquire snacks illegally
Mission accomplished.
The humans working there called me “so cute” at least 47 times, which is the correct amount. One employee even got down on the floor to speak with me at eye level, which I appreciated because standing is hard when your legs are approximately the size of mozzarella sticks.
The treat selection was excellent. I personally tested gravity by knocking several chew sticks off a shelf. Quality control matters.
There was also a German Shepherd there the size of a horse. I barked at him bravely from behind my dad’s ankles and won the confrontation psychologically.
Only complaint: I am apparently “not allowed” to lick the store's manager Wiskers.
Would return immediately. Already dragging my human back toward the door.”
“I realized I was running low on dogfood and it was close to closing time. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and nice all while some criminal grabbed bags of dog food and ran out the back. It’s unfortunate that there are people who can’t just follow the law.”
“I come here twice a week for crickets and I get everything else I need here and we have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 ferrets, a bird and a chameleon so you can imagine all the different pet needs and I always find almost everything I need here. Staff are all friendly with a smile on their face. I highly recommend this Clark’s for all your pets needs.”

I was on the hunt for a type of fish for several months, and she informed me she had several of them.not only was she very courteous, but also very kind and very appreciative. “we come here very often because our little girls enjoy holding the rabbits and scoping out the birds. We’ve never had an issue anytime we go. all of the employees and the owner is very friendly and the owner is very educated on animals and how to care for them. However, this time was our first time purchasing from them. We purchased a beta and all of the supplies required. Though the owner was there we were helped by an employee and another employee that seemed to be in training. talking to them they seemed very educated, and we have even done our own research prior so a lot of the things they told us we had already known. But after we had left the store, we realized that a lot of the product that they sold us was incorrect even though they pointed us in that direction. Specifically they sold us a water tank heater that was 10 W for our 10 gallon tank. We had specifically asked if the 10 W was enough or we should just purchase the 25 W and they specifically told us that 10 W was well more than enough… come to find out that our tank needs a 50 W and now we’re going to be ordering one off of Amazon. We also did ask the employee if the 16 x 8 flip open lid was big enough for our 10 gallon tank and she did say yes of course that was the perfect choice and when we got home, it didn’t even reach across the tank. I think that they need to do better training on their employees but other than that, we always have a great experience when we come and it is very welcoming and inviting and clean”

“Here to Give Kudos to Cynthia the Groomer as well as the Rest of the Staff for Excellent Customer Service in the Midst of an Accident. Took our poodle in two weeks ago and was informed of a slight cut to his paw during grooming. PetSmart as well as Cynthia personally was there apologizing and made Sure he was taken to a vet and made sure his expenses were taken care of. There was even a follow up call by staff the following days after and genuine Concern for Carmelos well being. We took him in again today to see Cynthia and again we want to Thank PetSmart for Taking care of our pup even with an unforseen accident. This is why we continue to Support Good Business?? Oh and the Cut was Fantastic??”
