Sandoval County Landfill is a dump, a mundane and unpleasant task, but most employees are really pleasant, wonderful, friendly, and have a great attitude. They are kind, very professional, and infinitely patient, making the experience more bearable. The staff at the entrance is friendly and knowledgeable. There can be a long wait, with lines reaching the street without much movement on weekends, indicating a need for more staff. The facility offers free recycling for cardboard and plastic bottles only; other items, like a plastic kiddy pool, incur a small cash-only fee. Notably, there is a Mexican food truck outside that has really awesome food, perfect for a feast. The employees' kindness and helpful service, even on a holiday weekend, are consistently highlighted as the best part of visiting.

A dump is a dump. Can't get overly excited about it, but most of the employees are really pleasant. Makes a mundane, unpleasant task more bearable. And the Mexican food truck outside of the dump has some really awesome food. Never in my lifetime thought that

Been here before during the week but this weekend was first time I had come on a Saturday. Line reaches to street without much movement. Need to do something about the long wait. As usual employees are very friendly, despite need for more staff. They have a great attitude!

Easy to get to. Easy to unload. Loving my dump runs here! Staff here is awesome!
