Our garbage container was missing its lid. I called WM and was told to leave the container empty and on the street. A work order was put in for Friday through Tuesday. The order was completed on Wednesday. I’m happy it was done although a day later than expected.

I just want to express my disatisfaction on the trash pickup on January 22, 2024 at my residence 6114 Pecos Trail Dr. NE Rio Rancho.The truck took the container along with the trash inside and left me without a container to dispose of my trash.

Very reliable. They always send notifications for changes due to holidays. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
