“I absolutely LOVE going here! Greg and Ramona, and everyone else is so helpful and kind! Also I highly recommend them because of all the DELICIOUS food available here! I grew up with Filipino cuisine and snacks and it’s an absolute joy to be able to get some locally. Fantastic business! :)”
“I come to this place to get background checks done and it’s always a nice experience! The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the two younger people working there were nice too. The place is always clean and they provide a ton of services. I will definitely be back.”
“This UPS Store near the Smith's near the southeast corner of Southern Boulevard and 528 in Rio Rancho did an EXCELLENT color copying job of my New Yorker Magazine covers and an EXQUISITE job of centering and laminating them.
There then occurred an apparent misunderstanding about the final price, but the good-hearted manager made me a VERY generous offer as a settlement, which I would have been foolish to refuse.
They certainly have my continued business.🙏

“SRFS is outstanding in EVERY regard : pricing, fulfillment/customer service, communication, timeliness, accuracy, and staff! We moved our non profit business' long term DVDs (over 4K units) storage from Amazon to SRFS in 2015 and the cost saving was HUGE! Ended up having additional savings due to an internal SRFS tracking error where they absorbed the cost - very generous and gracious!!Charlotte and her team are great. After the initial account setup with Charlotte (which was a breeze), I worked primarily with Victoria for our regular shipments to Amazon and she is AWESOME - professional, friendly, patient and very gracious - just a real pleasure to work with. Our fulfillments were always promptly and correctly handled without any errors. Primary communication was via email with occasional calls - all very efficient and easeful.Aside from their service being excellent it is also very reasonably priced - in my shopping around SRFS was the best price/service option in the Northern New Mexico area.Based on our 7+ years experience we HIGHLY recommend SRFS for fulfillment services.THANK YOU to Victoria, Charlotte, and the entire SRFS team!PS: I had another storage/fulfillment need for another non-profit and I used SRFS for it and that has been going excellent as well.”
“The customer service in this store is phenomenal. I have lived in this neighborhood since 2021 and used this store for various services (notary, photocopies, posters, passport photos, and packaging and mailing). Every time I come in, I am treated well. I have NEVER had poor service.”

“A gentleman with the name tag Pepsi Mike was extremely helpful. He took his time and researched where my package was and if it reached its destination. I will only go to him from now on.”
