The girl who worked on my file enhancement and prints were very knowledgeable and efficient. What she did to re-size my pictures would take me a long time to do myself. I truly appreciate the professionalism & cleanness of this place. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would have waited 2 days to have my prints done at Staples but this Fedex location got mine done right away. Highly recommend this place!”

“Got to use here to post as the one on 5th street had a security checkpoint and I didn’t have my ID on me cos I’d just walked less than 10 minutes from where I stayed.
But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.”

Since the 25th we've been asking about a package we ordered. Associates told us, more then once, that they never received it. Finally went online to track it after se eral attempts. And it went to the Post office I went 3 times to the post office, they kept telling me, it was delivered.
Once again this morning stopped a the post office. The associates there gave a print out of signatures from the mailman the delivered it and the associate at the UPS Store. Now they want to. Charge me late fees, when the associates I spoke with told they didn't have the package. Didn't e even try to search for it.
The person that signed to receive the package should pay the package. I would ask the owner to ask future employees about shipping, receiving, and handling packages, realize that these associate our in customer service, its about helping the paying customer and being lazy, because they don't want to take the time to search for info for a customer.”

Also put in an online order for a poster at 10pm last night (needing it by 9 this morning for my class) and they got it done as soon as the store opened!!!!
