“Mark went way over and above for me. I had accidently discarded all my mail in the morning. I was on my cell phone and thought I had deleted one item. In the afternoon I went to see my mail and it was all gone. I panicked for a moment and then called Postnet NM in Albuquerque. Mark was put on the phone and I told him my dilemma. He said he would do his best to find it amongst all the other discarded mail. He said to check my mailbox later because he would repost any mail he had found. I checked it before I went to bed and it was all there. Mark, you definitely went to extra mile. Your extra effort saved my butt. And this was near the end of his workday. Excellent customer service and one kind human being!!”

“The times I've gone in the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Today was no exception. Some people complain about the hours and that they're not open on the weekend. This is really a location meant for those who work in Downtown. In other words, the hours aren't an issue because one can easily go during their break or lunch, and it's an easy walk from most places. The main office is on Broadway, which is about a five minute drive if you must conduct your business outside of this location's hours.”

“It's great when employees are outgoing and helpful . That's what we experienced today. The staff we interacted with were upbeat. I needed printer paper, picked some and as I was heading towards the register, an employee came up to us and asked if we had the staples app. If so there's a coupon to save on our paper. He made sure we got it and found the coupon - worth about 25% off. They can do all the paperwork for TSA pre check, some passport services and a myriad of electronic devices plus the expected office & school supplies. But employee attitude made this stop a good one.”

I have been stressed about the whole thing for weeks. Called some other places and then called this one and talked to a company representative who I later in the call found out was the owner of the company. His name is Dave. From what I could gather this is a local family owned business. Dave just spent the last 30 minutes answering every annoying nitpicking question down to the fine details that my anxiety ridden brain could come up with. Even if those answers and best options for my situation were not in the highest interest of his business. Very refreshing compared to other places I talked to. If you are worried about moving something valuable or fragile or special to you, CALL THIS PLACE on your list of options. I highly doubt you will be disappointed.”
