“Genesis Signs is the absolute BEST and MOST RELIABLE place to get custom quality graphics and wraps for your vehicles! Both Greg's (Yes, there are 2) were absolutely attentive and knowledgeable to assist me with my custom graphics. They were extremely patient and kind and useful while listening to my limited experience with these types of things. I wish I could give them 10 Stars for checking all the boxes for friendly service, GREAT price, superb quality, patience when I wasn't sure what I wanted, quick service once I figured it out, understanding my needs and wants AND they got me scheduled and got it done FAST! I also give them BONUS stars for answering and returning my calls and emails.
*(A previous business I contracted with took my money but didn't answer or return calls, and sat on the project for 2 months while giving me 18 million excuses of what they COULDN'T do!)

I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx Copy Center thanks to Arlis. My wife and I were printing photos for my brother’s funeral, and we were under a lot of stress trying to get everything done last minute with very little time to spare.
From the moment we walked in, Arlis was informative, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to understand what we needed and guided us toward the most efficient and budget friendly option instead of simply trying to upsell us. That level of honesty and care meant a lot during such a difficult time.
What stood out most was that this didn’t feel like “customer service mode.” It felt like this is simply who he is as a person. He treated everyone who walked through the door with the same respect, patience, and kindness he showed us.
Customer service like this is rare today. Big thanks to Arlis for going above and beyond when our family truly needed it. If you want a real example of what genuine customer care looks like, I highly recommend this FedEx Copy Center.”
“I’ve been working with the folks at SignArt for about two years, since before our business actually opened. Our general contractor warned me that all the local sign companies could be difficult to work with, and I am very happy to say that they could not have been more mistaken about the folks at SignArt.
They have custom-fabricated two very large illuminated signs for our veterinary practice, in addition to a number of smaller signs and numerous different versions of our door vinyl (no mistakes, just changing hours and adding staff). On each different project- two of which required extended permitting struggles- I have found the SignArt staff to be exceptionally diligent, courteous, helpful, and overall easy to work with.
