“I always read reviews before I select a business. With Genesis signs I saw only one negative review. After reading most of the others, All 5 star reviews, I figured the one star review was from a guy that would complain about too much salt on his fries at McDonald's.
I have a RAM 2500 4 door long bed truck. I wanted it wrapped with flags and Eagles and a couple of my medals from Vietnam. I told Gregg What I wanted and showed him sample pictures. When the work was finished I had a bill for $3700. I gave him$5000 and told him the extra was for a job well done. He tried not to accept it but I was insistent. A few weeks later I decided to wrap the bumper and the roof so I took it back and told him what I wanted. When it was finished and I went to pick it up I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I said you can't do this free, It's your livelihood. He said you overpaid the last time so it's covered, thank you for your service.
The wrap was meticulously applied and perfectly trimmed. I found no flaws anywhere.
I have had so many comments about how beautiful my truck is and I've even had people follow me to my destination to find out who did the work. I am so happy with it that I told Gregg to make me a decal with his company logo and phone number and I will put it in my back window permanently.
I also had them make a three foot by 6 foot banner for me and it was perfect.
I've seen vehicles, (mostly race cars) done by a few other companies, and as a result could not, in good conscience, recommend anyone other than Genesis Signs.”

I am not totally ok with, Jenifer telling me when I paid, that the cards would be done in 3-5 business days. I planned on being back there in 5......they weren't ready. It actually took 8 business days. Do what you say or don't say it. But because of the quality of the card and Bryan making the picture even better, I recommend this company and I may go back when I run out of cards.”

I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx Copy Center thanks to Arlis. My wife and I were printing photos for my brother’s funeral, and we were under a lot of stress trying to get everything done last minute with very little time to spare.
From the moment we walked in, Arlis was informative, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to understand what we needed and guided us toward the most efficient and budget friendly option instead of simply trying to upsell us. That level of honesty and care meant a lot during such a difficult time.
What stood out most was that this didn’t feel like “customer service mode.” It felt like this is simply who he is as a person. He treated everyone who walked through the door with the same respect, patience, and kindness he showed us.
Customer service like this is rare today. Big thanks to Arlis for going above and beyond when our family truly needed it. If you want a real example of what genuine customer care looks like, I highly recommend this FedEx Copy Center.”
“I’ve been working with the folks at SignArt for about two years, since before our business actually opened. Our general contractor warned me that all the local sign companies could be difficult to work with, and I am very happy to say that they could not have been more mistaken about the folks at SignArt.
They have custom-fabricated two very large illuminated signs for our veterinary practice, in addition to a number of smaller signs and numerous different versions of our door vinyl (no mistakes, just changing hours and adding staff). On each different project- two of which required extended permitting struggles- I have found the SignArt staff to be exceptionally diligent, courteous, helpful, and overall easy to work with.
