Our garbage container was missing its lid. I called WM and was told to leave the container empty and on the street. A work order was put in for Friday through Tuesday. The order was completed on Wednesday. I’m happy it was done although a day later than expected.

I just want to express my disatisfaction on the trash pickup on January 22, 2024 at my residence 6114 Pecos Trail Dr. NE Rio Rancho.The truck took the container along with the trash inside and left me without a container to dispose of my trash.

I closed this account and paid final bill, 1Aug 2022, since then I have received a bill every month! requested the cans be removed and was told they would left for the next property owner! HUH/What's wrong with this picture? Like EVERYTHINGS ELSE IN RIO RANCHO N.M. ITS ALL "SCREWED UP"!

I received an email this morning saying "we couldn't process your payment because the payment you recently submitted was declined". When I went online to check the status of my account they said I have a "0" balance and the credit card number You are using is a valid debit card. I also called your office for help to be sure my account is current. I received no help at all. I left word on your message machine for your office to call me back. Seven hours later I still have not received a call. I just called again to check status of my account and to talk to representative and make payment if it is due. Again they said I have "0" balance.Not sure what is going on.

Ending service with WM has been a pain. I arranged for a pickup of our trash bins upon sale of our house. They never picked them up, then charged for them. Rip-off

I have requested a new bin since October (3 months ago due to the WM truck breaking the lid. I have not heard back. Since the lid is now off, the can has been getting crushed every week and is slowly breaking apart.

Better this week than last. Last week my trash was never picked up. Normally, in my area recycling is picked up in the morning, and trash is picked up around 4 pm. Today both were picked picked up in the afternoon. Used to be more consistent and predictable.
