Honestly, have never been happy with most things associated with WM. But, recently all my dealings and issues have been handled quite well, no drama and quickly. My recycle bin was beyond repair and they replaced it without a hassle or issue. Pick ups have been on time and without issue. Other than personnel at the dump having bad days everytime I go, the process is quite painless. WM seems to have really stepped up their customer service and the cost has remained reasonable which is more than I can say about other utilities in the area.

I just wish that people didn't bag there leaves but just put them in the garbage cart. We have too much plastic now in the world. They will disintegrate quickly on top of the dump along with all the garbage up there.

I am very unhappy with WM! In mid Jan 2025 I submitted a request to replace my broken trash container - it was broken at the bottom near a wheel with an opening large enough that items placed in the container were falling out. That request was closed several days later. I received no contact from WM prior to the request being closed. I again submitted a container replacement request and this time the request was closed within 2 days, again no contact received from WM. During the regularly scheduled trash pickup on 2/12 the truck kept the container. I was able to talk to the driver and he told me the container was damaged and it got caught on the gripper and went into the truck. A this point I have no container. I opened a chat and after finally convincing that person I needed a new container he scheduled for a week out. This unacceptable as I have no container to deposit trash into. On 2/12 I called WM and again after convincing the person I don't have a container to "swap", the truck kept mine and I need a container ASAP. He promised to expedite a new container. It is now 2/18 and I still don't have a container. It appears he did not expedite the request, the website order history shows 2/19 as the delivery date.
I pay for a service which includes a trash container! I am expecting some sort of credit for the lack of a trash container and the inconvenience associated with it.

it took 2 = two months to get the black cannister replaced !
when the new accounting system came into place, ?someone? input an invalid acct # in billing and my account Was Not automatically billed for 2 months. !

WM drivers have been nothing but amazing! Every time I see them they are always so sweet and kind greeting us with a smile and wave -They also stop and talk to my neighbors 5 year old Son (who Loves to watch the Trucks) and the joy and happiness it brings him is priceless! Thank you WM for your amazing and wonderful service!
