“We returned the car one hour before the flight. The flight was delayed and then canceled leaving us stranded in Roswell. In Roswell you don't just book another flight because only 3 planes leave there per day and they are always full. We went to the counter and asked to rent back the car we had just returned. She was very understanding and very accommodating. Since she had a bunch of people to check in from the incoming flight I stepped back and got to watch her deal with various people. Crazy requests and rude customers. She was patient and never let their rude attitudes effect her. Professionalism through and through. I even watched her offer 5 different cars to a person who wasn't satisfied with any of them. After she got done she was so nice to us and got us going in our car asap. She even gave us a ride back out to where she had staged our car for clean up. Kudos to Echo and Justin. They are great!!”
