“Amazing!!!! Bryan P literally saved our lives. But beware it’s a small town so that they rarely do vehicle exchanges! Either way the staffs are so helpful and friendly.”

“This was the fastest quickest, most pleasant and courageous experience I’ve had renting a car. The line was long the attendant took care of us speedily, and was very courteous, pleasant and professional. I would recommend Avis to anyone.”

“Our flight got cancelled after everything had already closed. The representative Lynn at the Rowell NM airport location stayed late at the counter to accommodate all the people who were stuck at the airport after the flight cancellation. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone who needed a rental was able to get one. That’s A+ customer service! She didn’t have to stay and could have just left like the other rental places did.”

“My flight was very delayed. They were there at the counter ready for me when I got there. The car was extremely clean and I'm kind of picky about that. I don't like someone else's gunk and spills in cars I rent. The car was immaculately clean with a full tank. The gentleman at the counter could not have been nicer. The checkout process and the drop-off process was so easy. Highly recommend using Budget if you go through this airport.”
