“Ace in Roswell, NM is the best!! I didn't know ACE had replacement glass for windows and thought only the glass companies had them, when the glass company in town refused my money I called Ace and they immediately helped me over the phone and in the store :) I wanted window glass and needed it. I called A1 and the lady who answered the phone wa so rushed than when I called back it went straight to voice mail, called 5 times all calls went to voice mail at A1 Glass .”

“What a fabulous experience I had at the Roswell Harbor Freight. It all started when I called asking about a couple of items that were on tool club member sales. I asked Joanne (Jo) to put a couple to the side and then warned her that I'd be coming in about 30 minutes later from a long drive. I know it's difficult to get calls when you're in retail but she was outstanding and assuring me that she would have them set to the side and sure enough they were there at the front. She gave me the tool club print out sheets and was super friendly and helpful and ready to help me get checked out. By the time I got out and did my two separate ring-ups one for business one for personal Stacey the supervisor/manager what's up at front and help to check me out. They had a ticket so she didn't have to carry the long levels over and run that and my other items up promptly and efficiently all while doing as they had done before in greeting the customers and being positive and friendly with everyone. The store has probably the best selection of items that I've ever seen in a Harbor freight and in addition everything was neat and orderly. Signage was up and it was easy to find things. There were a couple other folks working putting things in order. But from the get-go and out the door Joanne and Stacy both made me feel special to be there. This is an outstanding store and should set as a corporate standard. Very impressed. I would take pictures of them but wasn't sure if that would be appropriate from an HR perspective, but they definitely were the superstars of the store as far as I could tell. Something special is going on in that place!!”

“Great place to get building supplies for weekend projects. Their inside team is great, especially Javier, Julian, Andres the delivery guy and their managers Miguel/Issac.
The outside crew guy Jazz ,Chris and Austin are super knowledgeable about all the stuff outside. They sure are a great crew all the way around. Way better than anyone else in town!”

This was not the first time that Billy has gone above and beyond to help provide useful info regarding certain products.
