Ace Hardware of Santa Fe is a convenient hardware store with an excellent inventory and unique product selection, specializing in electrical, plumbing, fastener, and Stihl chainsaw departments. The store is extremely well staffed by a friendly and helpful staff. Employees are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and always willing to help while giving customers space. Many interactions are super nice, with management described as super cool and effective at solving issues. The store is appreciated as a gem in the community and a preferable alternative to larger competitors. However, the customer experience can vary, with service sometimes reported as very unfriendly or problematic, such as unmarked prices on some items. A noted inconvenience is the lack of a customer bathroom. Overall, it remains a destination for hard-to-find products and generally very good service from a staff that seems to enjoy their job.
I love walking the aisles before I seek help. In today’s political climate, Ace is the place for all our hardware needs.

Floor hands always the best cashier is not so much but that's okay I still enjoy this helpful place as often as I can get to it.
