Shopping around for parts availability and pricing can be a real hassle sometimes but Samantha there in parts made that process so much easier and straightforward. Definitely a star employee who answered all my questions and a very knowledgeable sweet young lady. For context, I have an older BMW and was trying to work with other body shops in Santa Fe for the past several months to get an appointment. I had multiple places ignore my calls or not respond when I reached out, but this was not the case for Villa‘s. They replied promptly and were able to get me in within a week of me reaching out. When I went to pick up my car (earlier than I had expected to) it was cleaned and the work looked stunning.
