I took it back to see what the problem was. It was the water pump they replaced. So it was under warranty. It's been almost 2 weeks since I heard anything from them. They said it was under warranty. But they have not contacted me to set up a appointment or even contact me to keep me updated. I am so hurt because I have been taking them my vehicle for over a year now. .”

“Garcia Tire in Santa Fe is great! Is was having problems with my rubber valve stems on the tires of my RV. I went to Garcia Tire around noon on a Friday, talked with Lee, and within a half hour, I was heading back to my RV at Santa Fe Skies RV Park with a mobile tire tech following me! Within two hours, all six of my tires on the ground plus the spare had metal valve stems! Edgar, the mobile tech, was amazing! I highly recommend Garcia Tire for all tire needs, especially if you are an RVer!”

“Jiffy lube lived up to their name. I was in and out in 20 min for oil change. Granted I was the only customer there at the time. After i left I noticed they did not apply the online coupon I presented.”
“I thought they were a little slow acknowledging me. 3 people were looking at a truck and no one was tending the line of cars backed up. I pulled around and ran over the dinger; then someone came over. Once that happyit was great. I got in and out sooner than expected. I’ve always had good Custer ice at this Jiffy lube location so I will use them again.”
“Diego the manager and Samuel went way out of their way for us when we had a road hazard incident 2hrs away!!! Their kindness and professionalism was amazing. Diego went through all the options with us. Given our situation and found the best practical option that made the most sense financially. Samuel did the actual work on our vehicle and he worked tirelessly to get us back on the road as soon as possible!!!!
