They performed a very thorough initial inspection on my vehicle and followed with impeccable maintenance service which I am highly satisfied with.
The owner himself took the time to test drive it to make sure everything sounded good and came out to greet me when i went to pick it up.
The technicians and everybody else at the office were also very courteous, and provided me with a comprehensive report of all work done with suggestions for future service needed, which I will certainly follow through at my next visit.

“I popped in later in the day after my windshield got a knick on the freeway. The owner was kind enough to help me out, even though he was short staffed; and his repair job was amazing. He took a nickel sized knick and sealed it in such a way that it was barely visible — down to less than an 1/8 of an inch in diameter!!! Seriously impressive — the coolest part was that he did it free of charge! Very rare, and just goes to show that there are good people out there. My windshield is restored, and so is my faith in humanity! I tried to take a pic, but the spec is now so small that my iPhone couldn’t even really capture it in focus. Thank you speedy glass!”

We contacted Enchanted Mazda because they used to share a dealership with Volvo, but have since split. “I've used Santa Fe Exclusive since 2014 when I first visited Santa Fe, New Mexico. When I moved there, I brought in various makes and models and all received honest, exceptional service and repair. When I purchased a late-model used Subaru from a local dealer, I was given a certain number of free service credits. Strangely enough, each service appointment discovered something No Covered that needed repair or replacement. Then, I was approaching my 90,000-mile servicing and my husband accidentally jammed the center console lid in the upright position. Not was I told that the 90K-mile service would run *a minimum* of US$960 but they would need to replace my center console to the turn of at least $650 (dependent upon labor charges). I was looking at a minimum estimate of US$1610. So, I took it to Santa Fe Exclusive where they repaired the service console for $100 labor and did More during their 90K-mile servicing than the dealership scheduled for US$550. And gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle condition and, knowing I was planning a 3,000-mile trip, tips on reducing the wear and tear based on my itinerary. Quality, caring, honest service. The only problem with Santa Fe Exclusive is that they are so good, it can be difficult to schedule an appointment — but well worth it!”
“They installed a set of 6112 Bilsteins on a Tacoma, aligned the vehicle, identified a power steering system leak, and fabricated a solution to the leak. Didn’t even charge for the power steering leak solution. Also recommended a low cost fix for a tpms issue. Thanks!”
