The Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe is generally well-reviewed as a nice, clean, and quiet hotel with a rustic western decor. The rooms are large and comfortable, featuring amenities like mini-fridges, coffee makers, and microwaves. Guests praise the high-quality breakfast options and the attentive staff. However, the hotel's location raises some concerns. While the area is deemed suitable and safe, there are reports of homeless individuals and drug activity around the property, especially near the entrances. Some guests advise against walking around the hotel at night. Additionally, noise from the nearby fitness center can be disruptive, with doors slamming loudly and rattling the headboards in adjacent rooms. Cleanliness is another issue mentioned in the reviews. While most rooms are clean, some guests have encountered dirty showers and unclean ice buckets. This has led some to avoid using the complimentary breakfast and pool area. On the positive side, the hotel's Wi-Fi, though slow, is generally adequate, and the western-themed decor and overall maintenance of the property are well-received. Platinum rewards members have also reported being upgraded to spacious king suites. Overall, the Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe provides a comfortable stay, with friendly staff and convenient amenities, but guests should be aware of the potential cleanliness and safety concerns in the surrounding area.
The hotel is decently priced and the room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable in the shower was nice the TV was a decent size and had access to cable channels. If I come back to Santa Fe I was staying in this hotel again.

Clean and nice rooms. Beds were firm. Breakfast was sufficient. A bit of a drive to downtown plaza not walking distance. Nice pool area and lobby area. Safe area.
