“Our family recently spent two nights at Ten Thousand Waves, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable, perfect even for a family stay. Nestled in a serene, forested setting, the property offers a truly peaceful atmosphere that invites relaxation the moment you arrive.
The spa is impeccably maintained, with beautifully designed spaces that encourage quiet reflection and rest. I highly recommend booking a private bath to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil experience, it was a highlight of our stay.
Don’t miss the chance to dine at the on-site restaurant, either. Every dish we tried was exceptional, and the ambiance perfectly complemented the entire property’s soothing vibe.
We can’t wait to return!”
“We've been staying almost yearly at Las Palomas since 2006. Although, we haven't been for the past few years. It's good to be back. My wife and I brought nine friends with us to Santa Fe this time (June 2026) and Las Palomas came through excellently in every way.
In booking our rooms, the staff (Sam), took care to put us all together and around the courtyard in La Tienda section. We received confirmation for each party which made coordination on my part easy.
The rooms have been updated since our last stay (nice touch) while still keeping their Santa Fe charm. Our friends loved each room.
Breakfast (it's changed since last time) is still great with nice selections and well prepared. The other niceties (ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, coffee, tea, games, books, etc.) are an added bonus.
The staff, Sam, Eddy, ladies in the kitchen, everyone, treats you as a family member.
We've always loved the location. Near the Plaza (about four blocks) but not in tourist central. Easy to get out of town as well for your excursions. It's a safe area, too. Some in our party were concerned about safety before we went on our trip. They were happy.
One thing to note, we had two vehicles (11 people). Las Palomas has easy free parking. Remember to include the cost of parking when you're considering Santa Hotels. Parking is a premium downtown.
Overall, Las Palomas makes you feel as though you're staying in your own vacation home with friends (the staff and owner, Neil) who attend to your every need. Highly recommended.”

“We had a great experience here and everything was as described! Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They will get you set up for a great trip in Santa Fe!”
“We’ve been to Santa Fe multiple times but this was our first time here, recommended by a friend. We absolutely LOVED it! The rooms were cozy and very original and we decided to go for the gourmet experience which was AMAZING! It definitely is an experience that was worth it, the food was delicious and Carolina (the amazing chef and owner) was there every morning serving us and explaining the recipes and how all the ingredients were home made and how/when they were made. The location of the hotel was also perfect cause is was walking distance to downtown. Manuel (Carolina’s husband, also one of the owners) was also really helpful answering our questions and helping us reserving our time for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!!”

“The room was generally great. The needs were soft which was a problem for my giant husband, but overall everything was lovely. The flowers, pool area and lobby seating were beautiful.”

“Seems like a very classy place
I enjoyed some drinks at the bar at the evening, but didn't have any food at the restaurant.
Valet parking was expensive but that seems par for the course
I would definitely go back and visiting the area”

“Pueblo Bonito Inn was beyond beautiful, from the office/lobby area to the rooms. The beds were VERY comfortable and the room layout and decor was stunning. It truly felt like I was immersed in a beautiful Santa Fe stay. The property had many different seating areas outside that were nice and it was beautifully lit with lanterns at night. The location was very walkable to everything too. We were treated with the best hospitality as well, if I could rate it over 5 stars, I would. 100% recommend staying here!”
“Four Kachinas is a beautiful B&B on a side street across from the State House. In addition to 2 rooms in the main building, it has 4 ground level rooms with entry off a hidden central courtyard and each has its own private patio. Breakfast was wonderful and included fruit plus a hot entree and was served in the central breakfast room off the central courtyard. The staff is very pleasant and anxious to please. There are a small fridge and a small freezer for guests to share.
The location is good for walking to the Plaza area and parking is not too plentiful. There is a great smaller grocery store around the corner plus food trucks. There are plenty of shops in the Plaza area and be sure to check out the Native American artists along the front of the Palace of the Governors.
If you are in the Chimayo area, check out the Rancho de Chimayo restaurant. It has great food and has been operated by the same family for 60 years. We ate there after visiting Bandelier Natl Monument.”

“This is a great place to stay in Santa Fe! The room was very clean and there was no smell at all (best review a hotel room can get!). The service has been AMAZING and I am very comfortable here. I would very much recommend this space to anyone!
Updated to add more photos and also to give a shout out to the management - they are very responsive and take great care with guest’s comfort!”

“I love it here. I hear traffic during the day but at night it's quiet. I woke up to the birds singing. The room is perfect. The bathtub is big. There's a mini fridge and a microwave. It's so convenient and just the right size.”

“Hotel Santa Fe is not just a place to stay. It is a place that truly takes care of you.
From the moment you arrive, the experience feels intentional, grounded, and personal. The property reflects the spirit of Santa Fe in a way that is calm, elegant, and unpretentious. What makes the difference, though, is the people.
The butler service is outstanding. Kevin, Tony, Sorida, and Andrea each bring genuine care, professionalism, and attentiveness to every interaction. Nothing feels rushed or transactional. They anticipate needs, handle details seamlessly, and create an environment where you can fully relax and feel supported.
At the bar, Misty is exceptional. She is warm, welcoming, and highly skilled, creating drinks with care while making the space feel inviting and alive. The bar becomes a place to linger and connect, not just pass through.
Leadership is clearly strong and present. Lawrence, the Restaurant Manager, sets a high standard for quality and service, and it shows in the dining experience. Suzanne, the Sales Manager, brings clarity, professionalism, and warmth to every interaction. The coordination and ease of the overall experience reflect her care and attention.
The hacienda itself is beautiful and restorative. The rooms are comfortable and grounding, the courtyard is peaceful, and the entire property supports rest, reflection, and presence. Luxury here is defined by how well you are cared for, not by excess.
Hotel Santa Fe offers a rare experience that is thoughtful, consistent, and deeply human. You leave feeling remembered, respected, and genuinely looked after.

“We had such a great stay here. Everybody was so friendly. The staff was very accommodating. I even got a text asking me how my day was on day two and if we needed anything. We did need something on two different occasions and our needs were met within 10 minutes. Devon, the hotel manager went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. She is a very friendly, lovely person and we will definitely return!”
“The location of the hotel is great and they offer a local shuttle if you need it. Free valet parking, snacks, coffee included in the rate. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and quiet. Terrific fitness center. Prices for 4+ star hotels are very high in Santa Fe as is the daily rate here. We had a very pleasant stay.”
“Fantastic option. Rented for entire family. The location was fantastic, the place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The owner was very responsive and had everything set up for our arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
“Mitch & Leslie are the perfect host & hostess~ they helped give my daughter the wedding of her dreams! Their hacienda was the perfect space for both the brides's family & the groom's family ~ giving us a relaxed atmosphere to get to know each other. Unforgettable memories were made at Rancho Gallina! Thank you, Mitch & Leslie!!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Inn and Spa at Loretto. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly welcomed. The Living Room Bar staff was incredibly attentive and warm, and the spa team delivered one of the best experiences I’ve ever had—especially Bruce, who gave an outstanding massage I won’t soon forget.
Our room was beautiful, with its own private patio and a stunning view. Be sure to check out the fourth-floor walkout—the unobstructed view of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking.
The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps away from great food, unique shops, and gorgeous hiking trails. When you visit, do it all—you won’t regret a thing.
This place is pure magic, and when I return to Santa Fe (and I absolutely will), this is the only place I’ll stay.”
“It’s a seasoned hotel but we have had a comfortable stay. The location is on a strip with places to eat in either direction. The breakfast is pretty nice and the hotel is doggy friendly. The pool and hot tub could yes some clean because the water was pretty cloudy.”

“Excellent property with clean rooms. Only negative is the bathroom tub. Looked a little warm but other than that I would have given it five stars. Otherwise. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the rims were quiet. Free shuttle service to the plaza and the breakfast. Make this a property well worth it visit”

“We spent an evening at The Mystic. We had 2 dogs with us so the indiv fees & cleaning charges for dogs added another $80. However, it was a delightful place to stay. It's completely remodeled & clean. We were able to take our dogs to the outdoor patio space which is huge & spent time with them while sipping our beers that we brought. I didn't realize until the next morning that the breakfast was included with our room. The cafe is another beautiful space and the young woman running it was extremely kind & helpful. It's the best breakfast option I 've ever had at a hotel in the US. I've only experienced an included breakfast like it while travelling in Europe. The last item is that there is an automatic gate to the property so it's more secure if you have bikes or things attached to your vehicle.Thank you for a great stay!”
“I love this place so much! I only wish they weren’t booked for me to stay longer. Great relaxing vibes and a nice place to decompress and enjoy the historic desert vibe of Santa Fe. Everyone is so welcoming and the dynamic duo of Naomi and Garret at the front desk are amazing! I’ll be back again and stay longer next time.”

“Would have been perfect if everything was working. They should publish on their website when booking that the hot tub and pool area is closed. Despite that, it was still a great stay, the soft closing doors by themselves make this place five stars. Everything was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was great. We’ll stay here again, but do miss the pool and hot tub.”
“Room is a bit dated but still comfortable. As of May 2026 they are doing renovations. I can’t say I was bothered by the workers. In fact, all the staff (including those renovating the property) I interacted with were polite and professional.
Location is just right, you’re far away from the tourist area that you’re not paying the premium but close enough it’s only a short drive. They do offer a shuttle service to downtown with set times.
Breakfast can be improved just a bit but it was still one of the better ones on our trip.”

“What a place & space!
I walked in, not knowing much about the place, but thought it was a piano bar and was shocked at how friendly the staff was, what a cozy spot it was & and how amazing the art was.. I spent an hour just staring at the art pieces..
Lo and behold I find out that the restaurant is connected to the hotel and the hotel has very competitive pricing to everything else in the city so I can’t wait to try this place next time I’m here!”

“Amazing location. I loved that the TV is tucked away in a piece of furniture. We never used it. Our group enjoyed the bar. Parking is valet only, which is excellent given the location where public parking is difficult.
If you are looking for historic, authentic Sante Fe this is it. If you want a chain hotel with technology, this is not your place. I would recommend this place for a weekend trip into the area.”
“We had a lovely stay here! Shoutout to Wes at the front desk. He delivered outstanding customer service and I was impressed not only by his courtesy and helpfulness to us but to each and every guest I witnessed him interact with.
The regular room we had originally booked were all taken so we got a complimentary upgrade to the casita. It was a very pleasant space to spend the night, with a comfortable bed and jacuzzi tub. The hotel location is convenient to strolling the downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This opulent gem located in a great location was luxury personified. The staff was courteous and antipatory of our needs. The gym is the best I've ever been to in terms of resorts. It was 7 minutes away from 10000 waves.”
“I recently spent a few days at the Inn on the Alameda. What a pleasant experience! The staff is friendly and efficient, from front desk, bartenders, wait staff to room staff. Margarite (sp?) in the restaurant was delightful and genuine. Christopher, general manager was helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.
Thanks to all,
Eileen”
