“Our flight out of Santa Fe was cancelled and we needed a last‑minute way home. Even though it was late and most cars were already gone, the Avis counter agent, Jiddu, went out of his way to help. He coordinated with his manager to access cars from a back lot and handled a long line calmly and politely. Thanks also to the manager for their flexibility that let us to get on the road when it mattered. We had a bad experience a few months ago with Avis in Greenville, SC and this somewhat restored our faith.”
