“This Enterprise is incredible- I accidentally left my wallet in the glove compartment of our car during our vacation to Santa Fe, and the associate Jess went out of her way to find the wallet and mail it to me. They could not have been nicer and Jess went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Beyond the wallet situation, the shuttle to and from the airport couldn’t have been easier and pickup and drop off was so efficient- I can’t recommend this place more highly!! Thank you Jess!!”

“Hertz, fire your manager and promote Andre! He worked so hard to deal with bad vehicle stock management from his supervisor. I saw two ladies go without cars because Hertz ran out. He communicated with the Avis people next door to try to get these ladies an alternative and make up for Hertz’s lack of stock.He was great with me - tried to call me to let me know my car was ready early (coworker wrote the number down wrong) and was super professional. 5 stars but only because of Dre.”

“This Avis location is one of only 3 rental agencies at this very small airport and the one staff member working there was very helpful at pickup and drop off. He provided helpful directions for us to get to the lot and was friendly. They also stayed open later than Hertz, which was great for us since our flight didn’t get in till around 9pm. In addition, we were upgraded for free from a sedan to a RAV4, which allowed to us to drive on some dirt roads more easily.”
