This is the third time in two years I have been without services for multiple days. Second time it's happened on a holiday. No one answers a phone. If you don't push the button for sales, you get disconnected, on multiple phone numbers.

On the phone for an hour. Transferred 6 times. They canceled my service early and said they couldn't do future cancelations. They weren't able to turn the service back on. Was charged for an extra month of wifi when the wifi wasn’t connected. Shocking levels of incompetence.

Terrible. The worst. Half the price of xfinity for a reason. You will never get good customer service on the phone. They will not fix infrastructure across the city. Avoid if possible.
