Valet parking is available, which is convenient given the difficulty of finding public parking nearby. The hotel features an onsite Gruet wine tasting room, renowned for its world-class wines grown in New Mexico, and the popular Secreto bar, which provides a welcoming atmosphere and good drinks. The staff is often praised for their kindness and helpfulness, with several reviews highlighting staff members who go out of their way to assist guests and create a friendly environment. The concierge service is available for guest needs, enhancing the overall experience. However, there are some issues reported by guests. Some rooms have experienced problems like musty odors and high temperatures, with air conditioning that was often ineffective or not fixed promptly. We have been here several times to visit their drinking and dining establishments. The property is gorgeous, food and drinks are wonderful and staff was kind and welcoming to our pup. Will plan to stay here next time we come to town (:

We visit about every 6 months and stay at the Hotel St. Francis everytime - the management and staff are absolutely wonderful - they are kind, friendly and treat you like family - I wouldn't stay anywhere else - I love this place!!!

WOW! Completely impressed with Hotel St. Francis and the hospitality they always provide our out-of-town guests. Stephen Chavez and the hotel staff have amazing etiquette, provide outstanding hospitality and ALWAYS go above and beyond. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and enjoyable.
