Metro on Cerrillos road has the worst customer service. I've only been a customer for 3 months now and definitely have considered switching services. Pauline is very rude to current customers!

Their teleworking and the store locations are NEVER on the same page the lady on the phone will say "yes go in you qualify for..." but the store will say "no" they don't know what their talking bout waste of my time!!!

I was on and off the phone with Metro Pcs all day long because of a port out issue that I was having. I went to one MetroPCS store off airport and they weren’t able to help me and told me to call Customer Service. I called customer service and they told me to go to the store again so I decided to go to a different store. I came to this location on Cerrillos and Dominic helped me right away. He was the only person all day that actually tried to help me and was able to resolve my issue. I really appreciate that. He has great customer service skills and was able to get some things done that no one else was able to do.

We got so much more than we expected for such a great price. Pauline had wonderful customer service even went back in less than a week for greater service for me and my phone.

I was in your store on October 8th one of your sales associates was extremely rude to me his name was JosephI went in with a simple question about my phone he asked me how much I spend I let him know it was deducted from my account I wasn't sure of the totally events switched me to a different sales associate said he was unable to help me a young lady he switched me over to it was very helpful she answered my questions promptly I asked her why was she able to help so easily and he was unable to do so he then replied stop talking about me behind my back I informed him I'm not talking behind his back on talking to the other sales associate about him he then told me I had to leave the store immediately or he would call the cops I informed him he had to call the cops because I was thinking the young lady for helping me he started getting agitated and rude and said he was calling the police I told him go ahead

The lack of customer service respect compassion at this store is evident . I see in the reviews the matter still has not been addressed . I will be calling BBB of N.M. It is a shame that an elderly couple got such treatment . As long as they have been with Metro they could be seen as valued customers. They are fragile in their mid 70s God fearing generation kind people . The treatment of these customers will not be brushed off. I called the store immediately after the information was brought to my attention today 12/29/2022 @ 3: 15 , I called 8 times was hung up on 8 times . Store hours on website 10 am to 8 pm .

I'm paying for unlimited data, but can't use my data. All they could tell me is they don't have coverage in my city. I've lived here and used them for years, so that's odd. I think I'm going to have to switch back to Verizon.
