“I’ve been using Airport Rd Self Storage in Santa Fe since May, and the on-site manager has been amazing every step of the way. He’s gone out of his way multiple times to help me, always with kindness and professionalism.
One night, I accidentally left my keys at a gas station nearby. I had my one-year-old with me and was stressing about having to drag her back out so late. Without hesitation, he said, “No, no, you don’t need to take the baby out like that,” and personally went to get the keys for me. ? That kind of thoughtfulness really stuck with me.
He also helped me remove locks from my unit and handled everything quickly, respectfully, and without judgment. His customer service is top-tier — always polite, well-mannered, and genuinely helpful.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares, and it makes a huge difference. This place is lucky to have him!

I did many short moves when I lived out west and every time I moved it was easy and well done. Nothing was ever broken or damaged or lost. On the day of the move, the movers were fun, friendly, gentle with all my stuff, plus professional and clearly experienced. They offered a fair price and worked efficiently.
