Sam's Club in Santa Fe offers members great values on a wide range of products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, and electronics. Members have the advantage of shopping earlier than non-members, with extended hours available on weekdays and Saturdays. The store is generally well-stocked, clean, and organized, providing a pleasant shopping experience. However, some customers have noted issues with specific products, such as meat quality and the bakery section being pricey. A recent incident with undercooked rotisserie chickens raised concerns about food safety, although the staff was responsive in addressing the issue. While the selection of items is decent, some shoppers wish for a larger frozen dinners section and have expressed frustration with checkout lines that can be long. Improvements have been seen in the return of popular items previously unavailable, but challenges remain, such as the functionality of the exit system and occasional unpleasant odors in certain aisles. Overall, Sam's Club remains a favored local destination for shopping despite some areas that could use attention.
I was lost looking for an item and one of the employees was so kind and walked me over to help find what I was looking for. The pharmacy and staff are always helpful and answer all my questions, and are efficient with their service.

I wanted to thank the manager Rene Portillo and Sam's Club Santa Fe for their generous support of the Santa Fe High wrestling team. The staff is always helpful and polite, and the club is always clean and full of all the supplies we need Their support for the team and community helps to make Santa Fe an amazing place.

Not enough rotisserie chicken for 40 people in the line.
