“As a local silversmith, I have done business with Santa Fe Jeweler's Supply for well over 25 years. My experience of SFJS has always been a customer service focused team of professional, knowledgable, patient and friendly staff members. They are committed to providing the very best (and ever expanding) selection of products, supplies and merchandise the local community of professional artisans depend on. This is not a corporate owned, "Big-Box" mega operation. This has always been a tight-knit, all in, FAMILY run business. Friendly faces who will take the time to make eye contact and say "Hello" as you enter, let you know to "please take a number" (if you look confused and have not already done so) and when they know you, greet you by name. How lucky are we, here in Santa Fe, to have such a high quality and convenient source for jewelry+ supplies where we can shop up close, hold it in your hand, in person and not limited to photos in an online/mail order catalog. I'm not knocking the online/mail order option but when you need to really look at something/assess it 'in real life/time', there is SFJS. More than a few of the staff are artists/craftspeople themselves; their insight/input on products, sharing of and exchange of direct information from a "Makers" perspective is an extra bonus. As a recent reviewer wrote, "I'd be lost without them". I couldn't agree more. Thanks and gratitude to each and everyone at SFJS.”

“It is frequently busy, since it’s the only Sam’s Club in Santa Fe, but the price of gas makes it worth it.* Just be careful when you’re pulling in. That parking lot is a sh*tshow at times.*Seems like the majority of people that come here don’t understand how to pull into the lanes correctly, but that’s New Mexico for you.The gas pumps are clean, and the grounds are as well. You won’t be able to get a snack, or something to drink, however. It’s just straight up for gas.Unlike a Sam’s Club in ABQ, this one *does* require a membership. They’re usually on sale on Groupon, or somewhere else so search for a deal before paying full price.”

“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM”
