Hey guys - I'm glad to have a nearby car wash, but two major issues - the "spot free rinse" does NOTHING - absolutely NOTHING - the car looks HORRIBLE after air drying - and I see it hasn't been working for a while based on other comments. That's really poor maintenance and service to the customer.Also - I got charged for WAY more time than I used because the OFF position on the selector dial doesn't stop the clock from running. I'd think the average person would think OFF means OFF. (The arrow that says a person has to press a button to stop being charged is worn off and essentially unreadable - at least in the bay I used.)

This place IS totally the WORSE!. None of the Bays work properly you think you're going to get Spot Free rinve and it doesn't work, you think you're going to get high pressure soap, yeah you'll get high pressure soap after it takes a minute and a half for it to fire up. Then I had $10 and $1 tokens that I wanted to go back in and cash in " I didn't use them all because I decided to go somewhere else " and the guy acted like it was pulling teeth in order to be able to do that so I said to hell with it and put it in my change jar. Save your money and your effort DO NOT GO THERE

I like this place. But sometimes the sprayers don't work, especially for the foam wax. Today it took me longer and more money because the equipment wasn't working properly. Bummer. ?

Car wash part was good , however changing the Bills into dollar coins is sketchy, put in a 5 dollar bill only got one dollar coin back.

The carwash is a nice one and usually clean... The guy that lives upstairs can be somewhat frustrating especially if you are washing/cleaning your vehicle later in the evening sure to him just seeming like he's just waiting for you to do something illegal, I cannot think of any other reason he may have to just gawk overhead from his stairwell because he surely cannot assist with anything that the carwash offers like change, automatic carwash not working properly, etc.

Unfortunately Santa Fe Car Wash has been charging my credit card for the monthly package for the past 4 months (I did buy one monthly package, but did not authorize ongoing charges). I've tried calling and the phone number listed her is not active. I live outside of Santa Fe, so it's quite frustrating to not be able to contact SF Car Wash to resolve the issue.

Looks like they are fixing up the place. The new sprayers are nice. Unfortunately the water is so hard it made my car more dirty not less even with spot free rinse.
