We took my daughter's car here and found the service desk folks really friendly and polite. In addition we appreciated actually receiving calls letting us know that the car should be finished on the 25th and then called back when it was completed and ready to go.

This was my first experience with SF Kia service, after I recently purchased from this dealership... Impressions excellent, check in was easy, vehicle was completed in the timeframe promised, very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Will return for my service needs in the future...
