“It's not readily apparent from the modest outside of Back At The Ranch what an incredibly large selection of high quality men's, women's and children's boots they offer in an array of colors, styles and leathers. You can either choose from an attractive selection in their three showrooms or custom-order exactly what you are looking for. Ann was amazingly helpful in trying on different boots to find the best look and feel. I fell in love with the pictured fine ostrich leather boots.”

“I can not say enough about Mario and his beautiful shop. Mario spent extra time with me and my sister explaining all the different types of turquoise, the different types of silver work and showing us all the different artists that do the most beautiful jewelry work. He was able to send my personal bracelet off to be repaired and had it back to me before I left town. We had a great time shopping at his gallery! He was also shipped our purchases that we to large to fly home with us at no charge. I feel like we have made a friend in Santa Fe and will definitely be back. If you are looking for beautiful American Indian jewelry or art please please take the time to stop in and see Mario!!”
“I would shop here again , as I walked in Rafael Valdez had top tier customer service by saying hello to me and asking if there’s anything needed . Then he was able to help me find the item I was looking for and also give me information about another item that wasn’t available at journeys anymore. Other places barely seem to have people that are happy to work or know what an item is without a picture. The attention to detail and service skills really shows an appreciation for his craft , I am very impressed by the quality of the store as well. 10/10 experience I have already told family members to buy from him at this location. Many places in the Santa fe place mall are very terrible with customer service and have you waiting for a very long time just to tell you they don’t have the size. God bless this location and Rafael , there will be much success in the future with this type of service.”

Each time we go in, my husband finds something fun to buy, a shirt, boots, a vest, etc. Last year, he loved the boots so much, we bought them for our 30-year old sons as holiday gifts. Today, we brought our LA son in, and he picked out a sweater/jacket and shirt. The selection is fabulous though the store is small. And the team at Goler is great -- helpful and friendly!”

“Angelo and Iliana were absolute treasures in my shopping experience! They were so helpful and delightful in the purchasing of my boots and power suit.
I loved my boots so much I wore them to the wedding I was in town for, and got so many compliments. I told my friends to go to Maverick’s!
And so then two of my Poser friends Liz & Carly went and got the same boots, and now we all have best friend boots;)
I love them and the suede fringe suit of my dreams.

“A block length large shop with two entrances on two streets. They've many beautiful jewelries.
It was Memorial Day weekend and the store wasn't busy. A salesman originally from New Jersey was patient, explaining different grades of turquoises, and the artists they represent. I've a pendant by Navajo Steve Yellowhorse (1954-) who started his jew when he was 3 years old (1957)! He knew him but doesn't represent him.

“My daughters and I popped into this Famous Footwear on President's Day, 2024. While my girls found some styles that they liked, they didn't have the sizes available. That's the main reason we knocked a star off. It was mostly organized, but there were some shoes misplaced. We picked up a few pairs for my growing grade schoolers. Also, I was sold on the BOGO Adidas sock promo because they were thick and ankle-cut. Highly recommend that you join their "Famously You Rewards" program especially if you have a family. It's free. Members currently are offered "$5 reward cash for every 100 points" plus they get free shipping with no minimum purchase. It's located in a nice plaza in Santa Fe, NM with plenty of parking, but the spaces are tight.”

“I walked into the store today, and I was greeted by a polite and friendly staff. I had went in because I ordered the wrong size online. The staff welcomed me in, had me sit down to size me, explained thoroughly the process of the boot making, and taught me a lot about how to look for a good quality boot. The manager Quincy went above and beyond to help find the items i was looking for at other locations to make sure i received it on time for the event i intended to use it for. I admire the experience I had walking into this store. I recommend it for cowboy boot connoisseurs and a place to purchase good quality items.”
