“I’d rather have my eyes gouged with a rusty scratch awle than sign into my Google account.
However; I’m making an exception to acknowledge the massive solid Johnny did for me when the car we keep at the storage place near Pinkies was dead as a door nail with my wife waiting for me at the airport. Out of sheer desperation I wandered over to Pinkies. Johnny was elbows deep in a project, plus he had somewhere else to be. Nevertheless, he dropped what he was doing and came over to rescue me with a jump. He recommended a certain portable jump battery which I now own, and I’m left with an odd sense of hope for humanity. Hyperbole? Probably. Yet, it would have been totally understandable had he said, “Sorry man, I can’t help you.” He didn’t do that, and if he is willing to treat a random stranger that well, I imagine the service Pinkies’ provides to actual clients is exceptional. Thanks Johnny; I have my Pinkies tag in the vehicle now, and if I need mechanical work or a tow in the future, I know exactly who I’m calling.”
“I'll try to delete this post - I accidentally reviewed the wrong place and I have no experience with Mr. G's Pro Tow though they seem like nice enough people in their response to my negative review towards another tow truck company in Santa Fe”

“I broke my truck out in the middle of the mountains. After several calls to other towing companies, Nicole is the ONLY one that answered! She comfortable and easy to talk with, she called me back within a couple minutes with the price and had already sent her son to pick my truck up. Carlos and his family were happy to help us out! Great company with honesty, integrity and family values! If you’re in the unfortunate situation and need a tow, I highly recommend you call Nicole!

“I have never felt compelled to write a Yelp review before, but Vicente (I'm not sure if I'm spelling this correctly) and this shop saved Christmas for our family. We were stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire as we were traveling home for he holidays. Vicente came to our rescue very quickly and even made sure my dog was comfortable by letting her lay on his jacket in the cab. He called ahead to see if his shop could fix our tire quickly, and the shop not only fixed our tire extremely quickly...they gave us their lug key so that if we had any issues on the rest of our drive, we wouldn't be stuck again. I can't thank Vicente and all the guys who helped us at the shop enough for the kindness they showed us.”
“While on a long road trip from Washington State, was having problems with my intoxalock handheld device. (Not alcohol related). I had to find a place that serviced this dumb ass device. So, we found Beto's Auto Repair!!!! Thank God,!!!! They made time, repairs and exhibit such great customer service!!!! Great customer service, communication and overall a great experience. ( Under terrible circumstances). Thank you Beto's for everything. Most impressive!!! ? P.s. not to mention there 3 great bulldogs and some delicious Mexican food recommendations!!!! “While traveling full time in our converted shuttle bus my husband and I found ourselves stuck in Santa Fe with some car issues. We are from Ohio so we didn’t know anyone in the area. Luckily, we found master tech and they were incredible to us. We came in without an appointment on a super busy Monday and they immediately took the time to listen to what was going on and started diagnosing. Unfortunately, after trying multiple different resolutions, we ended up needing a whole new transmission along with a few other repairs. Everyone was very kind and understanding in a tough and very expensive situation. Thank you Master Tech team!”

“I came out to a flat tire & 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid does NOT come with a spare! Seriously, I didn’t believe it. We had used Anaya’s Roadrunner Wrecker Service in the past & we were happy. My partner was referred to them by a friend. The 1st time our battery was dead so we needed a jump. They sent over a very nice man. He was quick to respond & polite. For this flat tire issue I worked with Robert Jr & Billy. They were both very helpful & courteous. Billy put my car on a flatbed & towed it to the Discount Tire of my choice. I felt that my car was in very capable hands & I was treated well.”
