“I've taken my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe to Master Tech for several years and they've always done a wonderful job. They keep the most detailed service notes on my car I've ever seen anywhere. Ari, the owner, usually calls personally to go over my service, and Amy, who runs the front desk, is extremely personable and helpful. They do keep the car longer than some other shops but I see that as what it takes to do the job right. I am leaving Santa Fe and am genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to the reliability and honesty I could always count on from Master Tech.”

“Johnny is the BEST! Took my Honda CRV in for a metal-grinding noise that he diagnosed IMMEDIATELY! Left my car with him that morning and he called me early afternoon with the cost of the issue. Gave me a choice between the expensive option - replacing my air conditioning compressor, or buying a $200.00 part until I could save the money for a new AC. Took the cheaper option and he had my car to me before 5:00 pm that day. That is EXCELLENT SERVICE. Johnny took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me a few things on my vehicle. I highly recommend Pinkies Automotive! Been in Santa Fe my whole life and am happy to say I have finally found my forever-mechanic.”

“I have never felt compelled to write a Yelp review before, but Vicente (I'm not sure if I'm spelling this correctly) and this shop saved Christmas for our family. We were stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire as we were traveling home for he holidays. Vicente came to our rescue very quickly and even made sure my dog was comfortable by letting her lay on his jacket in the cab. He called ahead to see if his shop could fix our tire quickly, and the shop not only fixed our tire extremely quickly...they gave us their lug key so that if we had any issues on the rest of our drive, we wouldn't be stuck again. I can't thank Vicente and all the guys who helped us at the shop enough for the kindness they showed us.”
