“Had an awesome conversation with Huli (Juli? Hooli?). We're out of town tourists, and were trying to learn more about turquoise and ethically purchasing jewelry pieces. Huli gave us so much information, and seemed genuinely interested and excited to share her knowledge.
I ended up buying a bracelet I love there, and I felt much more confident investing in one as I really felt I could trust her (/the owner) and the store's collection. I love listening to passionate people, thanks for the knowledge!”
“We sold several pieces through Consignment Warehouse and could not be happier. They were great on scheduling a pick up, worked with us on pricing and kept us updated on progress or proposed pricing changes. We just received a check today for the last of our three items that sold and never had to follow up and check on it. We had tried another consignment shop in Santa Fe with a different item and they made it our duty to follow up monthly. With Consignment Warehouse they were organized and as stated, our last check just showed up with no prompting from us.”
“My photo guy, my grandfather. A Veteran like self. I learned by service pictures would provide loss a place to heal.
The Gallery was a tool given, by Memphis, I called her the photo girl. Thank you for keeping me in the loop of artistic people. I'm creative to be of the many.

“OMG! I love this Boutique. I live in CA and it's a must when I visit my in laws. My MIL and I have visited the other consignment stores in town and they are so snotty and unpleasant! But not ART.I.FACT. Every single time we are greeted and talked to like we are valued. Whether I find a treasure or not, my MIL ALWAYS scores which makes me just as happy, the owner and her team is simply is delightful. I almost cried during my last visit due to their kindness. That shouldn't be the case. Shame on those other shop owners. All the Kudos belong to the ART.I.FACT team. Thank you. Looking forward to my next visit!”
“Santa Fe Vintage is one of those places you wander into and immediately sense you’ve found something unusual in the best way. I spent ages moving through the denim, western shirts, leather jackets, and jewelry —every piece felt like it had a story
It’s definitely the kind of shop you think you’ll end up staying longer than you planned for.”
“This store is a Santa Fe gem! Great selections and fairly reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly, funny, and helpful. I got some great tools. Highly recommend going here!”
“A wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and personable and quick to get two items for me that were kind of a pain to remove from their perches despite knowing I wasn't sure about purchasing them, and then even watched my things for me so I could go look at the fit in the floor length mirrors. And, they then graciously stayed with my things even when I got super distracted along the way (sorry! There was just too much fabulousness to see!). I didn't check out any of the jewelry but I found many reasonably priced vintage clothing pieces and whoever curates what they feature in this store does an absolutely stellar job. This is one of my new favorite places to get into trouble.”
“Diane is lovely and makes beautiful jewelry! My turquoise necklace and soft denim shirt are dreamy and the shop is a must visit!! EVERYTHING is wonderful!! Many blessings and thank you”
“The owner katarena is extremely nice and cares about her business and her clients.
It's very top notch! Her prices on things are quite reasonable considering the enormous choice of items in her stores. Would highly recommend...”
“Recently I mysteriously lost my small wallet (trying to reduce weight in my purse due to arthritis- big mistake!). I went to pay for a purchase at the Zafarano Cat and discovered it missing. My heart sank. I have NEVER lost a wallet. So i frantically retraced my steps to the bookstore at the Santa Fe Downtown Library branch (the only time I had actually taken my wallet out- had I accidentally put it down somewhere?) but no one had turned it in - not totally a surprise. Sadly, I drove home an hour away and cancelled my credit card, dreaded replacing my month-old renewed driver's license, Sam's Club card, Smith's card, library card, insurance card; and mourned the fact that the one time I actually had some cash on me this disaster occurred. Two days later, there was a message on my landline from The Cat, asking if I had lost. my wallet. They had found it (no idea how it left my purse there- grabbing a kleenex maybe?)) and gone to the trouble to research how to contact me: there was no email nor phone info on anything. My $95 in cash was noted on a post-it when I drove back to Santa Fe to pick it up.
These wonderful people deserve a medal for making me believe in human goodness and kindness again. Plus, the store is always a fabulous treasure hunt destination for me, well-organized and inviting, and the staff is (obviously) terrific.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“Shawn and her family have worked tirelessly to bring cool antiques from the northern hemisphere to sell at great prices in Santa Fe. We have bought and sold and she always is gracious and professional and empathetic..and we like people that like people. Which is why we go in. I have purchased rugs, furniture artwork and loads of odd accessories. Lately it's not as geared for antiquers...but they have jewelry, pottery, furnishings etc. Sometimes there are groups or estates of unique photographs , etchings, lithographs and sculpture. Some very interesting finds..”

“I'm a local lover of Ooh La La. I just returned from Paris and went to several consignment shops. They were incredibly expensive and not nearly as fun as Ooh La La. I have bought and consigned with Ooh La La for years. Angie and Margie are the best!!!”
“When I came to Santa Fe, I wanted to support local nonprofits, and this place filled my goal. Great selection, especially in books and cds. Of course, we had to go to both locations.
You won't be disappointed.”
“I go to Santa Fe annually and every time I’m here I have to stop by. Customer service is top notch and they have a great selection (their Balenciaga moto bags are ??, top quality vintage Chanel, etc.). Whenever I have friends stopping through Santa Fe, I tell them this is must stop shop. If you’re into handbags you must visit!”
“One of Santa Fe's original consignment shops. Dating back 4 or 5 decades. Annette Sanchez (owner) and her crew are always kind, considerate and friendly. I've had only positive and lucrative experiences at Act 2. A true gem in our City Different of Santa Fe.”
“Wonderful experience. Easy and comfortable price negotiation, excellent service and they arranged for delivery the same afternoon!Much, much better value than the other over-priced Santa Fe consignment shops - and unlike some of those, you won't find any cheaply made, new furniture from China and India here!”
“Stopped in on 6/19/2026 and worked with Nor...she was incredibly helpful and I found so many wonderful items to bring back to California, including a vintage 1940s Hillbilly Westerns Cowgirl skirt set with fringe!”
“Nice volunteers. Including a crew to wash whatever comes in so it presents well. Great stuff. Seems like they are busy (in a good way). The store’s stock changes quite a bit week to week.”
