Inside mall. Use mall entrance between JCPenny and World Market. I went on a Saturday around noon, there was no line and the staff was friendly. Large USPS location

Yes it can get crowded that's for sure! But staff is always so incredibly friendly professional and go out of their way to make sure everything is done perfectly! Those guys are the best!
