They helped me get the exact dimensions of the box I needed and she taught me how to cut the box down to the perfect size. They even had extra supplies to help and did not charge me extra. “I go to this post office a lot because it's close to my home. The fact that it's in a mall is a bonus since I like to do some laps or get other errands done too. They're always super chill and have flat rate boxes in stock (unless it's Christmastime, but that's understandable). They do have some limitations as a smaller location, but will advise you to go to the main post office if it's in your best interest.”
“This UPS store was the most helpful of any I have ever used. My shipping needs required two trips to the store for directions of how to ship and how much it might cost. The young man I spike to initially was very helpful and provided the info I needed. When my husband and I returned with the two boxes to ship..large, 40-50lb and quite gangly not only was the young lady at the counter helpful, she even helped lift the one item into its box and helped my husband put it on the scale. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. She is a very big asset to your company!!!”

“While visiting Santa Fe, I bought a large framed photograph at a consignment store, and these folks did an amazing job packing it up and getting it back home to California for me in one piece with nary a hair out of place! The guy who waited on me even helped me get the price down on materials (shipping it was more than the purchase price, ha). Highly recommend!!”
